Room clean, comfortable. Beds clean and quite comfortable. Older facility. You can tell effort has gone into maintaining and updating, where needed. Needs addressed. For the money, it was a good stay.

Very comfortable bed-fridge and microwave Very good to have. Clean room and bathroom. I’ve been in 5* hotels with beds not as comfortable. No complaints. Nice cable tv. If I’m in the area, I’d stay here again.

Like the hotel room, but needs some groundskeeping

Start with the good: We stay here when visiting my mother and I always like it as an affordable, pleasant place with very comfortable beds. Then the OK: I suspect we just got a little bit less good room this time, though it was fine. really like the older building by the office, because the rooms have larger bathrooms with really nice vintage tiling. And on to the less than great: So, it's now the end of January and the snow is melted, and apparently one of the resident's dogs has been using one of the little grass islands in the parking lot as their poopatorium for much of the winter, including in the parking spaces adjacent. Unfortunately, that was the space right outside our room and when I mentioned it to the desk person, he stared at me with a sort of "why are you telling me this?" stare. And no one ever went to clean up any of that poop the three days we were there, not even in the parking spot. I get it, dog poop is kind of gross, but that's my point. To be clear, this won't stop me from staying at the Chalet again, because I like the hotel, it is very affordable and convenient to where I need to be, but I will certainly not stay in that room with the poop island right outside the door!

Very helpful staff. Beds were comfortable. Requests were taken care of in a timely manner. Cleanliness was average. Grout was stained, but you could tell they had tried to address it with additional caulking.

Comfy and convenient home base

A very clean and comfortable small scale motel. Although some features were a little tired looking, it met all of my needs beautifully and staff were most helpful at accommodating when I needed to extend my stay.

Overnight stay

Hotel itself was good for a 1 night sleep the room was freezing when we entered but heated up within a reasonable time. The fridge was not plugged in but we didnt need it for the night. The walls are too thin, our neighbors were having quite the good time, had to turn on my music to fall asleep. Staff was friendly & helpful when front desk was called.
