For street parking in Wauwatosa, including the area around 6910 Auburn Avenue, street parking is restricted overnight between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM. If you need to park during these hours, you must request overnight parking permission, which can be done via the city's online portal. However, no parking permissions are granted during declared snow emergencies. Free on-site parking is available, but if guests require street parking, they should apply for overnight permission ahead of time​

For Mid Term Reservations: For all reservations longer than 28 nights, we require the completion of a lease agreement. In addition, a background and credit check will be conducted to ensure a smooth and secure stay. This process helps us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests. - No Parties or Events: Please respect the quiet neighborhood by keeping noise levels down, especially after 10:00 PM.
