I booked a room for two nights. I left after one. This place is an absolute dump. You are greated by the smell of burning garbage or a dirty diaper. I had a room with a Jacuzzi. No hot water and the Jacuzzi didn't work. This was the absolute worst place I ever stayed at. I have stayed at many The horrible smell is something I'll never forget.

Walk ability to dining options was a plus. Paid online, but a deposit was due upon check-in. Late checkout was a bit of a hassle but very last minute. Indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. Conveniently located off of Hwy 52 and I-494, just 15 minutes from MSP airport.

This was the worst jacuzzi suite I have ever stayed in. This place was very run down. I have stayed at hotels many times and it was very dirty, the jaquizzi and shower were so gross. The night manager told me because I booked through a third party website they don't make any money so there's not much he can do. Then wanted me to sign up for rewards. The room was so hot, we couldn't keep it cool enough. The fire place didn't work. There was a door punch in the one of the doors.. The night manager told me the previous people didn't have any complaints. I was surprised by his reaction and should have asked for a different room. So I paid a lot of money to not use anything and a place that wasn't willing to fix the issues and switch is rooms. They put us up on a floor with very noisy teenagers. I work all the time and have a chronically sick disabled child. This was my break. And we spent most of it away.

Disappointed in stay.
The hotel was fine, the problem we had, I had booked a King suite with a jacuzzi and fire place. When we got to our room it was a mess. It was never clean after the last people in there. Of course it was after the cleaners left, so we were told the other suites were filled and we had to go into a plan king room. No jacuzzi or fireplace. Was so disappointed. No compensation offered either. Other room was very clean, but not what I paid for.

I gave them another try and the hot tub was still closed it was to hot in the room so i adjusted the ac/heater lower by 4 degrees and cold air was coming in. It was the same aa last time. Ice machine still broken

Very Disappointed with our stay!!
This property was very disappointing!!! There was no working ice machines, the hot tub is broken, the pool looked less than desirable to swim in, the breakfast had watery eggs, the apple juice dispenser had water followed by red juice coming out of it, our room was super hot, and the lobby had an odd smell. I really don’t have much good to say about our stay other than the property was somewhat clean.

Check in was quick and friendly, hot tub was broken and ice machine was as well. Many stays here over the years and there has been decline in conditions. For the price, not bad. Bathroom light also functioned only after the switch was on for several minutes.

I was not fan of the hot tub being closed the whole time i was there. Which was 5 days. The ice machine was broke the whole time. The heat in the room did not seem to get hot. I did like the breakfast there.

It was very disappointing, we choose this hotel for the spa/hot tub but it was completely nonfunctional and we were not advised of this before check in or at check in. After looking closer at reviews the hot tub has not been functional for weeks.
