This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Truthfully, it would’ve been one of my favorite properties had it not been for the staff. The staff is absolutely awful. I’ve never encountered such rude and horrible customer service. I travel very frequently for business. Normally hotels have shaving cream, razors, etc available for their guests. Nope, you have to pay for all of that here. Okay, whatever. The staff which I encountered multiple times - rude, horrible, and they truly look like they could care less about their jobs. When trying to check out, I stood at the counter for what felt like 5 minutes. I had a plane to catch, so I figured I could use the online express checkout. Nope, said I had to review my payment at the front desk. So I called them. Not only was I hung up on when I had finally reached someone, but I was on hold for 15 minutes. I prepaid on Expedia, well they said it was marked as “cash” and were trying to double charge me, which wasn’t happening. Truthfully, it’s so sad because this hotel was actually so nice, it’s just the staff. They’re so rude and I’ve never seen anything like it.

The room and hotel were very modern and clean, I especially love the room layout! My only complaint is the $15 for parking that seems unnecessary. Otherwise, love the hotel!

This was a great hotel, clean, smelled nice, breakfast was good, front desk staff were all very nice and welcoming. The only issue we had was with the shuttle, we scheduled a ride then the driver took an employee home 15 mins before our appointment, when he came back he came in and sat down. 2 mins after my appointment When I asked if he was ready and if he was the driver he said yes then just kept sitting drinking coffee so I went outside to wait. After about 10 mins I just decided to drive myself, it is very close to the terminal though.

Hyatt House was close to great shopping and a short drive to downtown Minneapolis. Very helpful staff, housekeeping was a little persistent before check out time. Once at 0940 then again at 1108 after we were told there was a 1200 checkout. Tell Joe in the H Bar we said SKOL!

The room and building were poorly cleaned our bed sheets had crumbs all over it and stains on the bathroom walls there was hair like if the sheets and comforters were not changed after the last occupant

Overall, our stay was pleasant. I wish we would have been told at check in that they had a complimentary breakfast. I also did not appreciate housekeeping knocking on our door at 10 to see if we were checking out yet. Check out is 11, please do not bother us until we have overstayed.
