Zero hot water five of the seven days I stayed. The last two days there was only hot water in the morning and you had to run the shower and sink at least 1/2 hour to get that. Management was unsympathetic offered to move me to another room, but the water issue was Hotel white. Several lights doors were in operable using a key from the outside. If somebody fell inside the pool, you could access them. Several elevator down for repair. Hotel is unsafe and broken: poorly managed

The entire hotel was w/o hot H20 prior to my arrival & for five days after my arrival. Even after hot water was provided:only available in mornings & you had to run the water 1/2 hour in order to get hot H20. The h20 issue was hotel wide and the only accommodation the hotel manager would consider was moving me to another room but, that wouldn’t make any difference because, hot water was not available there either. Also,doors to the pool were not operable using your keys. You had to wait for somebody to open the door from inside. If somebody in the pool area fell, you wouldn’t be able to access them because the doors were in operable. No hot water, broken doors, elevator repair, no salt or provision around the entrance during snow. This hotel should be reported to the state and OSHA.

Room was not bad and a decent size but the hotel is dated. Breakfast was awful and would recommend Tim Hortons or travel to St Catherines for a decent breakfast. If you want a really nice bar to visit I highly recommend Local. Was a great place with drinks and live music. We only live 45 mins away but decided to stay the night for the Ice Wine Tour which I highly recommend.

The view from the room was very nice. Didn’t like that the room only gets cleaned and towels restocked every second day. Parking was expensive and majority of the spots were blocked off due to construction.

Disappointing, stay with a few highlights.

Our overall stay at this hotel was neither terrible nor great. While the hotel itself was clean and the staff accommodating, several issues detracted from our experience. Due to a networking error, we were limited to just one key card, which granted access only to our room—not to the swimming pool or fitness room. Taking a hot shower was nearly impossible, as it took an hour for the water to reach a usable temperature. My husband had to speak with staff to even learn this, and the fluctuating water temperature meant our children couldn’t shower at all. Later in the evening, the networking issue persisted, preventing us from dining at the restaurant. While the bathroom appeared clean, there were mysterious stains on the walls and doors. Calling the front desk for assistance didn’t help, as no one answered. On the positive side, we enjoyed the warm pool, the two hot tubs, and the decent breakfast. However, our experience took another frustrating turn when we returned from breakfast to find our room door ajar. At first, we thought we hadn’t shut it properly, but not long after, an employee walked into our room unannounced—this was around 8 a.m., which felt far too early for housekeeping to arrive. While the staff seemed well-meaning, the multiple inconveniences and lack of resolution made for a frustrating experience. Unfortunately, we will likely not be returning to this hotel.

Check-in did not go smoothly due to their network being down. Although this was a technical issue they couldn’t control but their lack of transparency and their ability to clarify that to all guest trying to check in was very poor. The hotel needs to be more forward and explain the issue clearly to all guest instead of making them wait around with no answers.
