Had we just paid at the parking garage it would have cost $9 but since the hotel told us to pay $30 for the exact same half empty garage, we did. Stupid us, but how obnoxious to not just giving us the information. Guy at the desk for check-in was not friendly or helpful.

Great service!
This is a solid stay with amazing customer service and delicious food and spacious room. The room had some drawbacks. Broken toilet handle, unresponsive remote control and extremely dry room. I would give it a good overall.

The property was in a great area for attending events at US Bank Stadium. Lots of restaurants/bars/coffee shops in the immediate area and even a cannabis dispensary right on street level of the hotel! The staff were professional, courteous and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was huge and we took advantage everyday! The suites are large and the bedrooms had great views of the city. We found the rooms to be very dry and uncomfortable overnight, though the beds were fine. The grout on the showers is old, grimy and missing in some areas and the fan in the bathrooms didn't appear to have any sort of switch to turn on, and judging by the amount of dust, haven't been used in some time. Overall, it was a good stay for what we were in town for. Would recommend if going to a Vikings game and need a place to stay for a night! 4/5 stars.

There was some sort of construction going on in the building that was not mentioned at check in or in the listing and we only figured it out when we started hearing a loud banging/vibration noise in our room from 8:30am to at least 4:30 in the afternoon. It was incredibly loud and made staying in the room during the day which was a shame since we wanted to relax prior to our night time plans. The elevator system is a nightmare if there is an event going on. Lots of people coming and going for the Bears/Vikings game and we had to wait for several elevators to go past because they were packed full. Area was a convenient location near lots of things but would not stay here again.

Great location close to US Bank Stadium. Unusual entrance but no issues. Large, clean rooms. Well appointed. Front desk staff needs training. Unhelpful and dismissive, probably the worst Ive ever encountered and I travel a LOT. Im a Hyatt loyalty member but I wont be staying at this one again.

Customer service was awesome. My daughter and I selected this location, as it was walking distance to the U.S Bank Stadium. Check in was fast, easy and we got upgraded to a suite which made our first Minnesota Vikings game even better, thank you Hyatt!

Nice hotel stay
The staff was incredible. Breakfast was good. The gym is above and beyond what we expected. The only issue we had was in the pool area. One of the hot tubs had a weird foam. The other one was fine on our first night but was cold and not working the next.
