Property dirty with trash lying around outside, trash cans very dirty, entry had food fragments on the floor, shower didn’t work at all, water didn’t turn on at all! Ceiling was falling down, wall falling out by AC unit. No hangers at clothing rack. A great disappointment! I did tell front desk when we checked out about no water in shower.

There were stains on the carpet, walls and sheets. Floor seemed sticky, definitelydo not go barefoot. Boogers on the walls, pretty sure there was poop on the toilet paper holder.

Airport shuttle not running as indicated on the website. I was told to take an Uber. Hotel front door is broken (always open). Carpets are stained. This is an old hotel in need of an investment to update it. Breakfast offerings were minimal - a few cereals and a few prices of bread.

Okay if you’re homeless. You’d think if you worked in a place with a hundred showers you wouldn’t smell. Had to deal with panhandling outside. Just plain nasty.

Cleanliness-0/10 - there were bedbugs, fowl smelling sheets and small hair all over the mattress. Breakfast - Massive disappointment, they had no coffee just bread and butter and the bread wasn’t even fresh. Never staying here again.

Frustrating. Arrived at airport 11pm, no answer at hotel x 15 minutes to ask for shuttle. Ubered to hotel, still no one at the desk, just a note saying no one was at the front desk. In my room by midnight.

Overnight staff at desk was so incredibly rude. He seems so annoyed at check in at 11pm. Carpers in hotel are filthy. Shower head was not good. TV base was broke. Only redeeming quality was the Culver’s in the same parking lot and a nearby bus stop to get to downtown Minneapolis.
