Clean room, shops nearby, sofa bed could use a new mattress, it’s awful. Couch not very comfortable at all. Air works great! Front desk staff encountered were friendly, approachable and helpful!

The hotel is in need up an update, especially the bathrooms, but otherwise was clean. The only big beef I have is the unmentioned $3 a night for parking that they are not up front with. It's only in the fine print but not included in the price when book the room. If you're going to charge more for those things, then be more transparent with it instead of hiding it in the sub menus and finding a new charge when I get home.

Worst bed possible

Overall, the amenities were good and the staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk put me in a handicap because I was walking with a cane. Those handicap bed are the worst thing I have ever slept on. You can't roll over well on those, they are way too low for my needs and they sink in too far for a tall person (myself) to get out of the bed safely without risk. I woke up to the worst back pains I've ever had and was unable to stand upright for hours because of how you sink into the mattress.

Everything was great, the lady that checked us in was awesome friendly and did a very good job with everything. The only negative is that the beds were not very comfortable and the hot tub was out of order and we were very excited to use it
