Tämä Victorian paritalo sijaitsee NE Minneapolisin taidealueen sydämessä ja on 6 korttelin päässä Minneapolisin kolmesta parhaasta panimosta (vaarallinen ihminen, todellakin kykenevä) ja 10 korttelin päässä yhdeksästä lisää :). Olemme 2 korttelin päässä parista parhaista ravintoloista NE ja alle kilometrin päässä parhaista etnisistä ravintoloista Central Avenue.

Tämä on kaksipuolinen asunto ja asun yläkerrassa lasteni kanssa 50% ajasta, vuokraat alaosan, jolla on omat sisäänkäynnit. (Älä ole huolissasi melusta, jos tuot lapsia)

Kodissa on iso makuuhuone, josta on näkymät takapihalla sijaitsevalle koi-lampille. Maisema on voittanut MNLA-palkinnon erinomaisesta suunnittelusta ja sitä on esitelty lukuisissa lehdissä ja paikallisissa lehdissä. Siinä on 20x4x4 syvä Koi-lampi, jota voidaan käyttää uuttamiseen! Siellä on ulkokeittiö, jossa on sisäänrakennettu grilli ja mittatilaustyönä valmistettu puulämmitteinen pizzauuni. Urheilufaneille keittiön ja keittoalueen peittävä pinta on pala alkuperäisestä metrodomikatosta. Lapsille on hiekkalaatikko, kiipeilyseinä ja näkötorni :)

Paljon tilaa viihdyttämiseen; ruokasali on varustettu toisena olohuoneena, jossa on sisäänrakennettu ruudukko. Paljon istuimia myös pääasiassa olohuoneessa ja 50 "4K-televisio.
Keittiö on valmistettu ruuanlaittoon ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla keittovaatteilla, laadukkaisilla veitsillä ja lukuisilla pienillä laitteilla.
Kätevä linja-autolle ja Uber kevyelle kiskolle.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Mississippi River. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi vesipuiston ja kuumavesialtaan. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa yksityisen uima-altaan ja keittiön.

Great home with an amazing yard!!
We chose this house for the proximity to the Target Center and for the hot tub. The house was great and the yard is phenomenal!! I want to go back in the summer to see it in all its glory!!

Prefect for a short stay
Eric was a great guest who quickly restocked the tub drain issue. He is friendly and welcoming. The location is great and is walking distance of many things. The rooms reminded me of great house furniture and decoration. The decor is minor considering the convenience and cost. A couple of the blankets smelled of body odor. A few dishes were dirty. Laundry was left in the machines. Again it was all minor and didn't bother us at all.

Lovely outdoor space to enjoy
We were in town to reconnect with old friends and family members we hadn't visited in over 5 years. We chose this space because we wanted to host a few friends and family during our stay rather than driving all over the cities to see them. Also important was to be able to be outside and this was perfect. Plenty of seating, the lovely landscaping, an a fountain/waterfall making the perfect background sounds. There was also a hot tub but we had no instructions about possibly using it and didn't use. Great neighborhood for walking around with everything we needed close by. Inside was very roomy with two large living spaces, 2 bedrooms and a small bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals and oddly had a dozen eggs in the fridge - which we also did not use. We appreciated having the washer and dryer so laundry going home was clean! Would stay again if we were to return to Minneapolis.

Beautiful spot, has great potential. Nice large area for the kids is exactly what we were hoping for rather than staying in a hotel. Disappointed that the hot tub water was very grey and uninviting. Lots of hornets, the waterfall is very relaxing; "koi pond" had no koi (heads up for the mommas w little kids excited to see some fish). Glad the jungle gym picture was removed as that was another reason we chose this location but, there was no jungle gym / look out tower in the grass part of the yard, it is used as a driveway. Street parking only. Clean other than some cobwebs in the corners & yes as another review states, the dust... bring your allergy meds. We were a little late leaving since we had to rewash the sheets that got left in the washer before we could wash our clothes.. cleaners come promptly after 11 fyi

Great Place In Great Location!
My husband & I travel to MN each year to visit family & friends and this year decided to rent a house rather than stay in a hotel. This house was clean & comfy with great amenities! There coffee shops, restaurants, and parks close by. My husband is a runner and took his morning runs right out the front door. Host was easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely stay here again!

REST N RELAX
We stayed for 2 nights as I was having a surgery done, it was so clean and nice, everything was in great condition, the Jacuzzi was fantastic, furniture was comfortable and we truly enjoyed just hanging out there and look forward to returning again soon. Nice place
Place was nice and spacious. Back yard was amazing as reviewed by many. Eric was very nice and helpful with recommendations, plus quick to communicate with. Overall great rental and we enjoyed ourselves. Beds were comfy, linen nice and clean. Only two things that i can say weren't our family preference is no window coverings. Windows are private, just bright in morning. Flipside, kitchen is very dark once sun goes down. We had to use flashlights. Those aren't really cons, just giving full review.

Comfortable and pretty home in NE Minneapolis
My adult son and I stayed in Eric’s home while in Minneapolis to see family. We had so much comfortable space, and the backyard is magnificent! I spent the nice evenings out near the pool, just listening to the waterfall and crickets; it was so relaxing. I would recommend this property very highly, and hope Eric will share it with us again on our next visit!

Quick Getaway
The backyard is amazing. My family of 4 (kids 9 and 13) enjoyed the hot tub and soaking pool. Wonderful space to relax, eat, and play games. Location was great for a Twins game - took the bus to the game (route 17) and walked home after. Neat neighborhood with a mix of art, breweries and restaurants.

Great house and location
This place is exactly what we were looking for for a long weekend in Minneapolis. It had plenty or room and was in a convenient location for a longer walk/short Lyft downtown and was easily walkable to the many places that the neighborhood had to offer. Will definitely check it out again the next time we're in town.

This home is vintage but updated nicely. There is a good source of heat and adequate lighting (though some lamps would've been appreciated). I loved that I could see outside but there was also privacy with the window coverings. The kitchen is well stocked with stove top cooking supplies and even more than the average cooking staples. Eric was very reachable with any questions or concerns I had. The patio would be awesome in warmer weather but we did get to enjoy the hot tub!

Split Level - Great Location
We had a lovely stay here and Eric was a great host during our party in the backyard. When we booked, we were unaware that this is a split level victorian and we were only getting the lower level. The owner lives on the upstairs level. It wasn't an issue for us, it actually turned out for the best as Eric used his mad pizzaiolo skills at our party (which was pre-approved with him, of course), but it was a surprise when we arrived as we thought it was a true "entire house" rental. As long as you go in with the expectation that the owner does live on the property - you'll be very happy. Eric is awesome, his place is fine and the location is fabulous. Highly recommend if you want to be close to great neighborhoods and downtown. Street parking was never an issue and Eric was very communicative throughout the process.

Great location, gracious host
We enjoyed our stay. Location perfect, everything in downtown Minneapolis was easily accessible. Lots of street parking in the neighborhood. Washer / dryer not working but host offered to let us use his. Laundromat only 2 blocks away ($2.50 for wash, I believe and $1.50 for dry) so it was easy enough to use that. Host used excellent communication throughout the stay.
