Perfect stay

We booked our hotel stay at the last moment, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The check-in process went smoothly, and the receptionist was attentive and welcoming. Our room appeared clean, though there were a few "lived-in" details. The couch had a small coffee stain, and the floor had an odd texture that we couldn’t quite place. Despite these minor issues, we were very impressed with the room overall—it was comfortable and inviting. One thing we noted was the need for an extra pillow and blanket. While we didn’t ask for them, we’re confident the staff would have provided them promptly if we had. Lastly, the coffee selection was outstanding—absolutely delightful and a great start to our mornings.

Lobby smelled slightly of weed and I had to summon the desk clerk by phone after waiting awhile. A sign said they were helping guests and would return soon when in reality they were in the office with the door closed.

The room was not clean. The floors were filthy throughout. Silly string everywhere. On blinds, walls and floor. Refrigerator didnt work. I had to buy cooler and ice to keep food fresh. We made the best of it. General.manager at desk was polite and accommodating. But they need help

Great location and room layout but not clean

I have stayed at this location numerous times since it opened. The cleanliness of the rooms has really gone down. This time there were 4 cleaning rags hanging from the shower curtain. They hadn't vacuumed by the w/d because they didn't close the door to see the mess. Same with under the bed. The staff was very helpful.

Nice stay - additional $100 deposit required

Was a good place to stay. Very quite and nice atmosphere and environment. Only thing is I left the room just as I found it and still have not got my $100 deposit back. I’m still waiting.

We had amazing customer service from the start. The room was clean and amazing. We even had great customer service leaving. They have a really great solid team working there. Had a pleasant stay and its the perfect location between albertville outlets and mall of america/ twin cities outlet. Thank you for making these Canadians feel at home with your friendly hospitality!
