Beachside One 4104, kauniisti sisustettu rantahotelli, on vastaus lomasi täydelliseen nautintoon. Uusi sohva, uusi tuoli, uusi matto lisäsi kauneutta tänä kesänä! Kuvia ei ole vielä ladattu. Beachside I vain meni läpi ulkoisen päivityksen upea uusi aula näyttää ja kaikki parvekkeet refinished. Uima-allas, jossa on kylpytynnyri, grillit, jotka nauttivat uima-altaalta, ja yksityinen kävelytie rannalle viimeistelev��t täydellisen loman.

Perfect beach access & view!
The condo was perfect for our needs as a family of 5. The pool and beach were highlights. The condo was clean and had a handful of kitchen essentials. Washer and dryer are small but just what you need on vacation.Bring your own beach toys, beach blanket, wagon, umbrella…there are two small chairs. Next time I would bring my own. Or it would be a great addition to the property to add some nice beach items!

Great view. Great location everything went well. The only thing I wish they would have done was to let us know there was an ice machine on the property. The ice maker in the refrigerator in the condo was super slow making ice. Not for a coolers but for drinks in the condo.

Great Location!!!
The location of this condo is perfect! With easy access to the beach, and a fairly new pool, BBQ area, and bridge to the beach, it offers a great setup for relaxation. While the building and condo unit could use some updates, it has everything you need. A few tips for your stay: bring your own condiments, seasonings, Tupperware, and items to wrap or store food. They do not provide cleaning sprays, so if you prefer to clean the kitchen and table after use, you'll need to bring your own supplies. The beds are comfortable, and the view is breathtaking. The unit size is perfect for a group of four adults. Additionally, there is an ice machine on the first floor of the building for guest use, which we only discovered on our last day.

Fantastic Stay- Exceptional Location
We had a great experience. The condo was as listed, fantastic building and the pool/amenities were very updated and nice. Bette (manager) was so easy to work with and very helpful from booking to the end of our stay. The *only* feedback we would have would be regarding the cleaning service. There was a lot of sand in the shower and bathtub and the floor was covered in sand. But, all very easy to clean on my own! Highly recommend-

BeachSide I is our favorite property at Sandestin. Can't get any closer to the beach and gulf. Property Manager was great with communiction! The master bedroom bed is a bit lumpy, but other than that no complaints.

Amazing vacation
We had a wonderful time! The weather was perfect, the views from our balcony were amazing, and the condo itself worked great for us. The location of the condo, beach, access, and the pool/hot tub area were all excellent. In addition, Bette, our host, was extremely responsive and was really on top of it with communication. She made booking and arrival smooth and easy, which I greatly appreciate! We are already looking at possible dates for our next trip.

Unbeatable views. We stayed about a week and enjoyed Beachside 1’s private beach. We saw 5 dolphins from the balcony our last morning. Bette is on it if anything pops up that needs tweaking.

Roaches everywhere
Location is right on the beach. Extremely nice property management company and very responsive. We reported roaches and exterminator was sent but he only treated floor in kitchen. Owner is aware of the roaches as there were roach traps on the countertops and in cabinets. We saw dozens of roaches on the kitchen counters, silverware drawers, in the dishwasher, in the bathrooms and even got Into daughters clothes. We had to throw away all of our food from the grocery store and pay to eat out for all meals. Ended up being a very expensive trip and not a pleasant experience.

Breathtaking Ocean View
We loved our first vacation stay in a condo. Waking up to facing the ocean every morning was amazing! The condo was super clean upon arrival and held all the amenities we needed for a weeks long stay.

Excellent condo
This condo has wonderful views of the beach and all the amenities you would want. There are no steps to climb - except a few from the walkway down to the beach - so it is wonderful for people, who have mobility issues or don't want to carry luggage and items up and down stairs. We love it!

Great host great property!!
Rented Bette’s condo for a week long girls trip. First let me mention the Sandestin area had unusually rainy weather the entire week of our stay. We can’t control the weather but at least we had a nice condo and great town to weather the storms in!!! Bette was such a great host!! Always available by phone or text!! The A/C had an issue one afternoon and Bette was right on it and it was fixed before we got back from the pool!! The King beds were comfortable, the condo was clean and the view was fantastic!!

Great location and wonderful property manager
This 10th floor condo is on the beach. 2 BR 2 BA W/D Full kitchen. No steps are necessary to access the condo or the pool. A few steps lead down to the beach over the dunes. Luggage carts are available in the front door area of the building. Property manager Bette is excellent - very responsive and caring. Security is excellent.

Property And mgmt were great! Beautiful room and view with exceptional access to an awesome beach. Only real issue was the parking lot capacity was reduced due to construction and folks had to park wherever possible…very challenging. I informed the property manager and she said she would contact the condo and get a plan for future customers.
