Mainsail 352 on täydellinen useille pienille perheille tai suurelle perheelle, jossa on nukkumisjärjestelyt jopa 8 hengelle. Asumistilassa on avoin pohjaratkaisu, laaja patio ja näkymät lahdelle. Olohuoneessa on mukavat istuimet uudella vetäytyvällä vuodesohvalla. Lähistöllä oleva ruokapöytä ja baari ovat lähellä toisiaan tarjotakseen runsaasti istumapaikkoja kaikille vieraille tarjoamalla samalla näkymät kauniille Meksikonlahdelle. Keittiössä on graniittitasot, runsaasti säilytystilaa ja kaikki kodinkoneet, jotka sopivat täydellisesti perheen aterioiden valmistukseen.

Makuuhuoneessa on oma parveke. Toisessa Master-sviitissä on myös upouusi queen-vuode, uudet patjat. Liitetty kylpyhuone on pois makuuhuoneista. Kolmannessa vierashuoneessa on uusi queen-vuode ja uusi patja.

Rantaviettäjille ”Beach Rose Cottage” tarjoaa ilmaisen rantatuolin, joka tarjoaa kaksi tuolia ja sateenvarjon maaliskuusta lokakuuhun. Asiakkaat voivat myös pulahtaa yhteen kahdesta uima-altaasta tai rentoutua porealtaassa ystävällisen tennispelin jälkeen. Mainsail tarjoaa vieraille myös pääsyn huipputekniselle kuntoilutilalle, shuffleboard-kentälle, lapsi-uima-altaalle ja tietysti mailia yksityiselle rannalle.

Wonderful condo
The condo was perfect. Everyone had their own space. It looked newly painted and was great for our group. Only adverse thing was the security guy at the pool was very rude. Rules said no glass by pool. He wouldn't allow anyone to have a drink of any kind, whether it was metal container, or water bottle. Even one of the condo owners had to speak with him. But the condo was great and had easy access to the beach!

Our family had a wonderful time at this adorable condo right on the beach. The easy access to the beach was a nice addition to the stay. We appreciated the cleanliness of the condo and everything that we needed was right there. The check-in and out was super easy and the staff was also very good at checking in on us during our stay to make sure we were all taken care of. All in all, we had a fantastic experience. 10/10!

Great Stay and Close to the Beach!
This property was fantastic and very close to the beach. The added bonus of having your two chairs and an umbrella reserved for you was great. The kitchen was well stacked and the living room furniture was very comfortable. The only think I would say is that the room description for one of the bedrooms stated it had 2 queen beds. However, all rooms come with king size beds. We didn't anticipate that and so we had to share the bed with our kids. Apart from that, everything was great. The location is close to many restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our condo was newly updated, super clean and had everything we needed. The management company, Venture Found, was the best we’ve had at Mainsail! The couple of small things we needed were handled by them quickly. We would definitely consider staying in the same unit again. The only thing that kept me from giving a five for the listing accuracy was the lack of response from the “Explore”company offering “free” activities with our rental.

Family Vacation
We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everything was just as advertised. We had one issue with the keypad sticking (thankfully some of us were inside and could let the others in), but we were able to speak to someone about the problem immediately and were told how to rectify the problem (so there were no more issues with that). We were also informed that the owner has already ordered a new keypad. My husband, father in law, and 3 boys (ages 17, 20, & 22) were very comfortable for the 4 days we stayed - plenty of room for all of us and the beds were very comfy! The kitchen was adequately stocked and the extra beach chairs were a big help! We also liked the short walk to the beach. Speaking of the beach, the attendant took good care of us, and we were very impressed with how well kept the beach area was. It was nice to have a private area with no public beach access. We would love to stay again!

Summer Vacation 2022
This property is wonderful! My wife, son, Dad, and I came down for my Dad's 73rd Birthday. Miramar and the Destin Area has become our favorite summer beach spot. The unit was very nice. There was one issue with the refrigerator in the unit. The ice maker did not work. It was frozen solid before we even entered the unit. Apparently the helpful note attached to the freezer drawer was not read by the previous occupant or cleaning service. Besides the ice maker everything was immaculate! It was a very comfortable unit and the walk to the beach is not far. I would suggest to the management to fix your arcade for the kids that are there, or even at best make sure your prize machines actually have prizes in them. Thank you for allowing us to come and visit this wonderful property.

It was very hard to find a reasonably priced 3/3 unit that did not have bunk beds in the third bedroom. Mainsail 352 has that and more. Perfect for our family of 6 adults. We will be back year after year!!

Spring Break 2022
The property was great! While it was spring break, it did not feel busy or crowded. There were some college aged guests that arrived toward the end of our vacay but the majority of the guests were families. The property was well-maintained, quiet, and provided everything we needed. Access to the beach was amazing, although the beach set-up was confusing. I was expecting a specific set up for our condo since it is provided, but the chairs that were set up were first-come first-served. Communication with Venture Found confirmed we were guaranteed a set up each day, and since our goal was to spend as much time on the beach as possible, we were there each morning when chairs were being placed so it was never an issue. It was nice to have additional chairs in the unit that we could take down for the kids. The only suggestions I would have for the unit would be an additional blanket in each room and a set of oven mitts. Each bed had a blanket but there was only one extra that we needed for the pullout couch. The weather was cool and rainy when we first arrived and having an extra blanket or two would have made it more comfortable. As for oven mitts, there weren't any so we had to use kitchen towels to remove dishes from the oven. Other than that, the condo was spacious, clean, mostly quiet, and had amazing views from the balcony. The quick walk to the beach allowed us to enjoy our days relaxing while listening to the waves followed by phenomenal sunsets. We found quite a few jellyfish that had washed up, lizards in the courtyard area, and even saw a couple tiny sea turtles! Watching the dophins swim near the sandbar was an added bonus! This was truly an amazing vacation that we will never forget.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our trip because, well it's the beach, we were less than impressed with the property and the unit. We have stayed at MainSail in the past, but in the townhouses further from the beach and behind the actual condo complex. We really enjoyed that stay and thought the complex itself would be just as nice.....the stair wells were filled with personal belongings and trash, there are teens running around all night and the noise from the above and adjacent units it's very disruptive. It was not the tranquil and laid back experience that's boasted in the descriptions. Upon arrival our unit was not clean to the standards that are set forth in the description. The rental team was gracious enough to credit a portion of our cleaning fee which we really appreciated. There was again an issue with a flickering light in the main bath which maintenance came out and repaired within 24 hours of reporting it. The team itself was great to work with, they were very responsive to our concerns and were very patient with us. The unit is very dated. We traveled with another family that stayed in the complex as well but in a different unit and it was night and day comparison to this one. The beach itself was lovely and a great time. The "free chair" service is run by teenagers who seem to not care much at all for customer service or their jobs in general. Again-not the fault of the owners, but something to be aware of. Teen boys will indeed be teen boys. Be aware that you will not get a "front row" chair. Those are reserved specifically for owners and not renters. Renters receiving "free chairs" with their stay are only permitted to stay in the back row of chairs. The front row as well as the U-shaped chairs are allotted again for owners and for "paying customers". Had the description been more detailed we would have planned accordingly and brought more chairs and umbrella from home. Overall not worth the amount we paid for the rental in our opinion. Our standards of this location were set high from having rented the townhome in previous years as well as desciptions of this property. We were definitely let down but that is on us for assuming the same standards at the townhome would be there in the condo complex. We will definitely return to Destin in the future and will use Vacasa/VRBO again but just will not stay in the MainSail main building condos again.

Great spot but noisy and dated.
The condo was perfect. Three bedrooms and three baths with no bunkbeds is perfect for our group. The appliances barely work. There is a flickering light in the master bath that makes you feel like you’re going to the bathroom in a haunted mansion. We were told that the balcony would be open and that they would be done working on our side of the building by the time we arrived on the 13th. They were not done. Then when they moved their scaffolding, I emailed the property manager to ask if we could use it and they never answered me and never got back to me at all about it. I had told them they should give me a small discount or a promo code for my next day or something like that and of course they didn’t answer that either. All in all we had a good stay though. It would’ve been nice to have been able to use the balcony as the weather was beautiful
