Great beach stay in a perfect location
This condo was perfect for our beach stay in Florida's emerald coast. We enjoyed the beach views, the comfortable accommodations and being right next to the Hilton Hotel as their pool was great to use, since this Condo currently is replacing its pool. My kids loved the beach, the Beach House Restaurant while my Wife and i loved that everything was close and our condo clean and comfortable.

I will start with the positives. Great location on a property with tons of stuff to do. Great (crowded) beach. Condo was clean. Communication with property management was easy with quick response. Beds were very comfortable. The Condo itself was adequate. Needs some updating. Carpet in bedrooms are old and stained. Trim, walls and ceilings could use some fresh paint. Couch was stained and the pull out bed, well let’s just say don’t plan on using it. The living room also has some stained tiny bean bag cubes that have no use whatsoever. The kitchen was very minimally stocked with cooking utensils. They give you one sponge and one hand towel. Stove and microwave are new and updated but you have to use a 6” square silicone pad to take hot pans out of the oven or the hand towel. The “beach closet” has two chairs, a 5ft umbrella and a rusty cooler. The chairs in the dining room are uncomfortable metal stools. The hot water tank needs to be replaced. Ladies if you need to shave take a separate shower just for that cause you’re running out of warm water after washing hair and body. I don’t care how we spaced the showers and kept it barely warm it ran out every time. There was only 4 of us as well, and we washed clothes in cold water. Maintenance guy declared it working just old. Overall it felt like we were staying in a hotel room. Not the comfy homey feel I was looking for. I would not stay in this particular condo again. It wasn’t horrible just not great.

Beautiful view; clean, needs updating
The unit is nice. Beds are comfortable. The over all space needs some updating. The dishwasher is so old and rusty it’s falling apart and is hard to open and close the racks. The coffee pot is rusty. There is some pots and pans but not a ton. Kitchen is small but functional. The furniture is ok. The bean bags are dingy and the couch only seats 3. For a unit that holds 6 there really isn’t enough room for everyone to sit comfortable. The unit is very clean and loved the am sunrise view. Would stay again if did some updating.

Sandestin vacation
Beautiful views, comfortable king bed, amenities in the kitchen were a joke. We intended to prepare a few meals and the pans provided were a health hazard, non-stick was peeling off and not safe and totally lacking to prepare food. Representative had to order new. We were brought one new Dutch Oven type pot.The fact that a kitchen with cooking capabilities are part of the advertised features of the rental is not true.Also discovered after starting laundry the dryer vent was completely severed and had to have 2 maintenence personnel come and repair. This took a couple hours, very nice guys but, we really dont think we, the paying guests, should be the ones to make sure the unit is in working order. The carpet needs to be replaced desperately and the "bean bag chairs" sitting under the TV in the main area are filthy and seriously, whom is going to sit on those, no adult. Pam, My Haven's representative was very enjoyable and yes, once our complaints were acknowledged they were addressed. The overall property is beautiful, under going a lot of maintenance, repairing of interior commen areas was extensive and felt like it was all trying to be done before your "true" rental season begins. We will be returning to the area but will be looking else ware to stay.

Stayed here for our honeymoon and the location could not have been better!!!! It was amazing & we have said we will never go to another resort/beach. Very easy check in. Great views from the balcony & easy walk down to the beach. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Oh & the bed was extremely comfortable.

Beautiful Beach
We had a wonderful time; the condo was comfortable and had a wonderful view. A couple things I might mention are that the lamps in the living room have some sort of short, they would flicker off and on with no rhyme or reason. Also, they say that there is an ice machine on the first floor of the building but the only one I could find was a pay machine for big bags of ice. I bought two ice cube trays and left them for the next customer. Overall, we had a wonderful time, good weather and great beach conditions. I would love to come back. :)

Construction
Though the condo was very nice, we were not informed that the building was undergoing construction causing a lot of noise and requiring some detouring throughout the condo. There were no staff available to assist you with anything. I did like that it was a gated community. That made me feel better about letting my teens wonder. Overall it was a good experience, however I would have preferred more communication about the goings on.

We really loved the location of this property and enjoyed staying on the first floor. The blackout shades provide for hood mornings to sleep in and the condo was clean and just enough room for the three of us. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Overall great stay with a few kinks
This condo has beautiful ocean views and check in was easy. The elevators are fast and the property is gated. There was construction on the hotel (which wasn't disclosed until after we booked our stay). There was nonstop construction noise outside the whole time. The kitchen is equipped with all of the essentials you would need (except the blender didn't work). Another issue was the dryer. It didn't dry very well at all. Lastly, there was blackish dust on the ceiling in the bedroom with the king bed. I assume that it was from the air vent, but it looked gross. Despite the shortcomings, it was an overall nice place to stay.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The property was just as described in the overview. I had a couple of questions prior to arrival and the answers came in a timely manner. The beach and pool area were both very nice. Many restaurants within walking distance. It was a great week.

Really enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Condo was very clean, even my wife was impressed with that. View was wonderful. The furnishings were a little more worn than what the pictures show but that is pretty typical for rental properties on the gulf coast. There was construction going on that was a little annoying. It would have been nice to know about that in advance. Overall it was really nice place to stay. We would have no issues booking again in the future.

Dead on with description. We loved the condo. Minutes from stores and steps from the beach. Only issues were the automatic lights on the end table. They'd go off every 5 min. Annoying in the evening! The TV's didn't work. I'm the master the hdmi wasn't plugged in and the bonus room tv remote had to be reprogrammed. These 2 things were our only critiques. Very minor and basically constructive feedback. Only other issue was finding it on the gorgeous property in the dark. Again, small issue. I gave it a 5 as it was what I expected. Minor issues will happen and none of them impeded my vacation. Will be back soon.

Amazing View! Property was run down a bit.
The view from this balcony was incredible! But the unit itself needs a bit of work. The kitchen table has a leg that is about to crack (and we had 3 kids with us so a bit stressful it would break on us!) there is no lights on the balcony or in the family room. A broken lamp in the family room. It was an amazing location just needs a bit of TLC on the inside!

Great views from the balcony. Easy access to the beach. The condo was clean and amenities were as described. Very comfortable size for the 2 of us. Management company was very good to work with and provided all the information needed to easily check in and check out.

A little hot and dirty
First off the floor in the room was sticky and sandy the moment we walked in. The condo could also use some TCL to a few things. Also the thermostat is locked at 70 degrees which is warm for us, especially at night. The view and location was exceptional. I would definitely stay in that area but probably not that exact condo.

We had two issues and one being that the owners had a lock on the thermostat which made it very warm and hard to sleep good. The other was a building issue with one elevator being broke which left only one to use for the whole building and with July 4th week and being crowded it would take a very long time and normally it was full so had to take the stairs at times.

Property nice but air conditioning was not good.
The air conditioner was locked at 70 degrees and could not be lowered. This was very warm for us and made nighttime so miserable that we left a day early. We were told there was nothing we could do about it.
