"Deja Blue Too" is a spectacular little gem located in the middle of it all; the best beaches, shops and eateries are all within a mile radius and you will still enjoy the peace and quiet of this secluded location. Just a 3 minute walk to the private beach in Tops'l!

You will love the coastal chic charm this studio in Tops'l Resort Summit building has to offer; spacious yet cozy with just the right amount of dazzle. You will find a king size bed, large Smart TV, kitchenette and a sitting nook in the main living area. The large bathroom features a single sink vanity, walk-in shower and a separate tub for soaking. Our favorite feature however is the incredible views from the balcony! Step out for your morning coffee or evening chat with your loved one. This lovely condo will be sure to charm you. You can reserve this home separately as a studio or along with its adjoining 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo, turning it into a 3/bedroom 3/bathroom stunner! When reserved on its own, the heavy-duty adjoining door is locked at all times.

This Summit condo is located in Tops'l Resort, Tops'l is a wonderful Beachfront development. Basketball, Shuffleboard and Mini Golf are available at the Tides. All are free to play! Please go to the Tide's office for equipment. Just across the street for Tops'l Resort is Grand Blvd, with great shopping, fabulous restaurants for inside and outside dining, a theater and a large grocery. Check these out in our photos.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Beautiful view on 9th floor overlooking ocean. Loved the wood flooring and bathroom. Staff members were pleasant. Fridge needs to be wiped down to get sticky stuff off the inner left wall of it. Door to the balcony needs WD 40 to open easier. Luggage rack was broken. Charger was missing for blinds. Spent first 2 days of visit with the left blind button not working. Blue Resorts Property mgt needs to visit the property they oversee to know how to orient guests during their stay. The lady that assisted me, although kind and prompt in response, admitted that she didn't know about that particular property. Blue Resorts need to include in welcome email the number to call the tram pickup service. It is NOT inside the phone boxes. Also, they failed to include the addtl cost of beach access, and directions to the beach. There was map of the grounds provided to aquaint guest with the property amenities. Elevators do not have motion sensors. Therefore, the elevator would close on you even if you were walking inside of it. My spouse is disabled and moves slow and it almost injured him several times. The timer for closure on those elevators needs to be extended.

Perfect!

The studio was exactly as represented. It was beautiful and perfect for our stay. Everything was clean and worked as expected. The view from the room and balcony is even better in person! This unit looks to have had a very recent and tasteful remodel. My wife loved it!

Nice place!

Although we ran into a little oops with the air conditioner, the place was very nice and clean. The bed isn’t as uncomfortable as described in the past. I would recommend possible new patio chairs, but other than that, we enjoyed the room and liked that the condo was private!

Beautiful View

We were very pleased with our stay. We were greeted with the beautiful view of the ocean that the picture shows. The room was bright and well decorated. Bathroom roomy. We had a situation with no water in our building and had a dinner reservation. The rental group and property manager did all they could to give us an option in case water was not restored. Thankfully the water was back on in time. We enjoyed the being in the area when it was not as busy as the summer and easily got around to some of the area attractions, shopping and restaurants. Great stay overall and plan to return to this area.

Great Location

The room was clean and well managed! Great place to stay with 2 adults. Love staying in Tops’l as the location is near the end of strip. Close to baytowne and other area’s of interest.

Our Wedding Weekend

Amazing views, comfy bed, awesome bathroom. Only thing to keep in mind, no ice machine in building. Super easy to unload and reload your vehicle and this unit is right by the stairs.

Perfect Location

The location could not be better. With a close walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and shops at Sandestin, we were able to do a lot over our long weekend vacation. The only thing I would do is upgrade the patio furniture. The chairs were broking and you weren’t able to sit on the patio and enjoy the view. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Summer trip

Overall the stay was very nice, the grounds were great as well. The only reason I didn't give 5* for cleanliness is that one of the hand towels was dirty once it was unfolded. The room has remote control curtains which didn't work when we got in. We arrived late at night and didn't really care till the next morning when the sun was glaring in so early. We called property mgmt and they had some one come replace a battery in the switch on the wall. No big deal, made me feel better that I wasn't just to stupid to work the remote :) Other than that it was great. Really enjoyed they view of the gulf and the wilderness preserve from the balcony. The bed was comfortable and bathroom I would like to have at my house. Very open plan and was just as pictured in the description.

Great Place!

We stayed for 8 days for Spring Break and had a fantastic time in the place. Pool was heated and warm with hot tub there also. There is also a pool by the ocean which has a bar/food spot. No complaints.

Stay at The Summit

The room was very clean! Nicely decorated. The bathroom is great. Heated pool & jacuzzi. Great view from the ninth floor. I short walk to the beach. The only thing wrong and it’s the most important the mattress is sunken in on both sides of the bed. Only the middle is good. Microwave, coffee maker, and little refrigerator. Dishes & silverware provided. If the mattress gets replaced it will be awesome!

This is our 3 stay with Tops'l at the Summit and this unit has been the best so far. Wonderful view of the ocean and the room was top notch with updates.

I really enjoyed the condo, very clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable. Great views. My only complaint is that the walls are very thin and could hear neighbors on both sides and above me.

Tennis/fitness enthusiasts, beware

The unit and view were great, as advertised. Our issue is we found out the hard way that if you rent through this listing, you will not have access to tennis or the very nice fitness room. You have to rent through Vacasa to get those. We were there specifically for tennis, so that was disappointing. I feel the listing should specifically state these exclusions, and it does not. That feels sneaky, especially for a place known as a top tennis destination. Also, we reached out to BBV once we heard this news. We talked to one individual who said they would get back to us, but that never happened. If you don't need tennis or fitness, then I'd recommend this listing. If you want these amenities, you have to go through Vacasa, not BBV.

Great views and clean room but thin walls

The positives - The cleanliness of the room was great and the room had amazing views! The access to the beach was very convenient and there were a lot of activities at the resort. Also the location is central to Grayton State park and Destin. The negatives- a lot of people in the high rise smoked pot which filtered into our room so could not sit on the patio or keep the door open at night to hear the ocean. The walls were thin where the people next door had little kids that were load and sounded like they were just n the room with us. The Last thing was on our last night the room directly above us had three people fighting throwing things and breaking, slamming doors, yelling and cursing but I could not find a number to contact security to report. Again the location and views were amazing and maybe the negatives are a result of this condo being in a multiple units high rise so next time we will stay in a stand alone or house to avoid these types of negatives.

Great stay!

We had a great week! Check in was super easy and required no contact. This is a great room for 2 people. Anymore it would be too small. Bathroom was nice and large. Very small kitchen area that included a microwave and small fridge. View of the ocean was really nice. We really enjoyed the pool area as well. If you are staying for more than 4 days you need to have TP and soaps after the started pack runs out-which I missed in the booking. This was fine as there was a Walmart very close by! Lots of fun restaurants near by- we loved the Beach house which was a very close beach walk away! We would love to come back again in the future!

Lovely studio with a great view!

We loved the decor and the king size bed was so comfy! There was plenty of drawers and large closet for storage. I would suggest a Keurig type coffee maker. The studio was very clean except the bathroom fan needed dusting We would definitely stay in this studio again and love Topsl!

THERAPY

Overall, We loved the location of the property and studio was very roomy. However, there are some minor issues that may need looking into at your earliest convenience. First, the overall cleanliness especially with the pandemic still looming. Upon getting ready for bed after a long day of traveling, we found hair strands in the sheets which wasn’t our hair, because me and my wife both have no hair. Fortunately, there was some back up sheets in the draw so we just stripped the bed. There was also hair in the shower area. Secondly, toilet paper holder was already broken. In addition, the vents need to be cleaned and one of chairs on balcony need replaced. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but with a little tlc and improvement by housekeeping, this property is 5 Star.
