Great views but dated interior
The views from the newly reconstructed balcony are beautiful. Great gulf morning and sunset watching. Fun people watching as they walk along the walkway. Beds and furniture were comfortable. While we never cooked anything in the kitchen, it was well-stocked if you were cooking. However… Ice maker did not work and because there was a huge 3 day music festival in town all grocery stores and gas stations were sold out of ice for two days. So that was frustrating. The condo is dated but fairly clean. There was popcorn in the creases of a side chair and a few hairs in the shower. Showers could be updated. A bit dingy. Lastly, please stock the condo with toilet paper that is better than thin thin tissue paper. We went out and bought our own. Nobody likes that. Overall it was fine. Invent our needs for the few days we were there. Location is great. Beach access is great , communication with rental manager was easy. If you want a beach vacation without breaking the bank and don’t need luxury, this one will fit your needs just fine. The beach doesn’t get better than in Destin at Miramar Beach.

Nice condo with an amazing view
We loved the location of this condo and the beautiful ocean view. It was easy to find and check in was a breeze. Beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked. However, we found two huge roaches in the kitchen and bathroom and there were plenty of dog hair all over the floors. I think bath tubs were cleaned but they just looked dirty and stained. It’s definitely time to get them refinished.

The condo was super nice other than seeing a cockroach on the first and last day. Everything was perfect to me besides the water pressure. I just feel like the master bathroom should’ve had at least a walk in shower with good pressure. I felt like the sand never fully got out of my hair.

Wonderful trip
The condo was decorated very nicely. Loved the location! Close to the beach. Everything worked. Had plenty of towels. Having a washer/ dryer was wonderful! Condo was very clean. Pool was ok. Nothing really special about it. It was small but clean. May want to check with exterminator. Overall we would book it again.

Perfect long weekend getaway
This unit was very clean, well equipped and in a perfect location for a beautiful balcony view with plenty of seating and easy beach access. The beds were so comfortable, we all slept wonderfully. Though we didn’t necessarily need the laundry room, it was very nice to have as well as a spacious pantry. Would definitely recommend and book in the future when needing a 2bed property.

Great property! Easy access to the beach, we could not locate the PIN for beach access however someone in passing provided it to us. Condo was very nice and we had no issues, however we had to dispose of a few large cockroaches. Overall great stay!!

Spring Break Getaway!
We rented this condo due to the fact it was pet friendly and close to the beach. I liked that it looked clean and updated from the listing and had many reviews saying how clean it was. The location was great, it was on a good spot on the main road but with a beach view. The entire condo building was being renovated which we were aware of but it didn’t impact our stay. The things I didn’t love about this condo were the condition of the living room furniture, I put sheets over everything because they looked a little dirty and they were worn out as far as the springs in the chairs so you kind of bottomed out. The condo was cute but not updated like I thought but it wasn’t a deal breaker just not what I had expected. I did a quick clean when we got there and everything was good to go. It was nice to have the washer and dryer. One thing to note is that the beach access is great because it is on the private part but you do have a ton of steps to go down to get to the beach which was hard with our wagon. To be fair though I think all access was stairs, not sure there is a way around that but just be aware. Overall it was a good average condo, if you are looking for something a little more plush this isn’t it but we had a great time and were there for the beach not the condo so we had fun! Such a pretty view!!

Everything was top notch really. Just a couple of suggestions. The condo was clean except it was not mopped or vacuumed. Also, there was only one cart that didn’t have a flat tire. At some point, a ramp to the beach would be nice. We will be back!!

Great spring break getaway!
Great pet-friendly condo with a view of the ocean from the living room and the master bedroom. It is very well stocked and has everything you need including washer and dryer. There are also beach chairs and an umbrella if needed. It could’ve been cleaner (floors and bathrooms), but all maintenance issues were communicated to the property manager and they responded promptly. This is a great condo for families with pets. We very much enjoyed our stay!

amazing view! Perfect location! Pet-friendly!
Everything about this place is awesome. Having a printed parking pass in one of the drawers is truly a lifesaver because i really did not get the email with check in instructions until Laura resent it on our way there. The only reason 1 gave 4 stars to cleanliness was because there were a lot of pet hair on the floor. We did not see that right away because we arrived late at night but they were pretty obvious as soon as we opened up the curtains. I ran the vacuum twice and it's all good. Everything else is clean. The whole unit was tastefully decorated. Loved the headboards!The beds are comfortable. Sheets are clean. Plenty of towels. We love to cook and never dined out and the kitchen has everything you would ever need. Although I brought 1 big cooking pot and my favorite frying pan. We bought fresh seafoods from nearby fishmarkets. This condo is in a perfect spot close to everything! Easy beach access ! We got to enjoy the beach for several days. There were a couple of cold and windy days that we did not get to swim BUT the best part of this condo is having an awesome view of the majestic blue gulf even from the kitchen. The water looked so serene and relaxing. We even got to see some dolphins in the morning from the balcony. Even my fur baby enjoyed the view! The quick response from Laura is also greatly appreciated! There was a construction going on at the 4th floor while we were there so there could be lots of noise from 830am thru early afternoon but I guess that's the time of the year when everybody tries to do repairs. We are definitely looking forward on renting this place again hopefully next year! area for improvement: the couch and the 1 of the chairs in the living room may need updated as they start sinking when you sit on them.

This condo is in a great location! There are coffee shops and restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful time there and would stay again! The pool could use some umbrellas, we didn’t really use the pool because of that and the steps going to the beach are a little steep but not terrible. The beach was never crowded and it was beautiful! We saw dolphins from our balcony!
