Tämä ylellinen kattohuoneisto sijaitsee kylän sydämessä, ja siinä on 3 tarinaa, joista on näkymät venesatamaan, lahdelle ja kaikille Baytown-laiturin viihdekompleksille. Kattohuoneisto on todella 4 makuuhuone, mainitsen sen 3 makuuhuoneena, koska yksi makuuhuone ei ole kovin suuri, mutta siinä on runsaasti tilaa nukkua 2 sisään vyöhykkeellä. Hemmottele vieraita tyylikkäästi tämän ainutlaatuisen, ainutlaatuisen kattohuoneiston kanssa. ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on kaksi makuuhuonetta ja kaksi täyttä kylpyammeet, iso keittiö ja ruokailutila tarjoavat runsaasti istumapaikkoja ja parveke, josta on näkymät lavalle elävää musiikkia ja viihdettä kaikille. Toisessa kerroksessa on kaksi makuuhuonetta ja toinen täysi oleskelualue, ja siinä on vauva-piano, joka soittaa itsensä, kun tunnelmassa on vähän rentoutumista. Great time in Sandestin
Prime location in Baytowne Wharf. We went in June so the beach was very crowded. Cost $80 a day to rent an umbrella and 2 chairs since we were not Sandestin Club members. The condo was a good fit for the 9 of us. It was easy to catch the shuttle to the beach. David was an excellent host. He was available to answer all of our questions and I asked a lot of questions! I would highly recommend this spot.

Bachelor Trip
I took my son and his groomsmen on his bachelor trip and chose this location so that we didn't have to all stay together 24/7. With so much to do, right there in one location, everyone could do what they wanted when they wanted, without having to all pack in cars and leave. We did play golf each day which was also convenient from this location. It was perfect.

We stay here every year, it’s our favorite when we visit. The property owner is more than accommodating and very helpful if you have any problems. Location is perfect if you like to eat, nightlife, beach , and is a short drive to Destin. I’m sure we will enjoy this location for many years to come.

Rude management, not near beach at all
I had to leave midway through the 4 night trip. I have in writing, on my phone, that the management would take me off all liability and costs for the remainder of the trip. Once I had left the property and flown back home, he tried to retract his statement and hung up on me. Also it took us, on a Friday afternoon almost 30 minutes to even reach the parking lot for the beach. Then forget about the treck to the ramp that then leads to the beach!

Fun and Food
My experience renting this property was nothing but spectacular. There is so many food options in the area including yummy ice cream shops. There is fun for the kids and many different shopping options for souvenirs. It has spontaneous views from the balconies including the town below and the bay in the distance. Our penthouse was very spacious with pretty decorations and morals on the walls. Overall a great place for a family getaway with things to do without getting in the car.

Best vacation
This property was absolutely amazing. The home was gorgeous, and exceeded our expectations. It is in a great location, and we really loved being able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the live music and fireworks (which was awesome) for the 4th of July. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants as well that is located on the property. The shuttle to the beach took a little longer due to it being a holiday and summertime, but we did like being able to take the shuttle. The only minor issue was the downstairs bedrooms were warm, and when adjusting the temperature to cool the downstairs bedrooms, it would make the upstairs bedrooms really cold. Everyone really enjoyed this property and we are all very excited about booking it again.

The Best Baytowne Experience you could ask for!
Hands down, this was one of the best trips I have ever been on in the Gulf. After 5 days I'm normally ready to go home, but not this time, I never wanted to leave. Our entire group was excited upon seeing the online listening, and were pleasantly surprised that this condo had SO much more to offer in person. We could not have asked for a more convenient location to everything. This was an annual trip for this group and we are already talking about reserving for next year!! You and your family/group with enjoy I guarantee it!

Great getaway with friends and family
This is the second time that I've stayed at this condo and it again did not disappoint. I was here for a conference and four of my girlfriends stayed with me and had the best time. The location and the condition of the condo is on point. We are actually looking at wanting to bring family here for a vacation. This place offers so much and you are at the heart of Baytown wharf. The condo itself has so much room to spread out that it did not even feel like we had four people staying with us. The kitchen is huge and well stocked with cooking essentials. The bedrooms are well spaced and bathrooms are very clean and kept in good shape. Our contact for the condo was always so communicative and friendly. He took very good care of us when we had questions about the condo. This will definitely be a place I will stay again and bring my family to enjoy. I highly recommend that you do the same :-)

Great Location in Baytown Warf! Sunset Views are Ahhh-Mazing!
Great location. Easy to find. Easy to park (included in rental). Easy access to unit with an elevator. We are Florida locals who really enjoyed our stay-cation. Kids (and adults) were amazed by the self-playing baby grand piano. You can download an app and the piano plays your songs of choice. What an amazing feature. Thanks for a great weekend!
