Beach Resort, unit 514, is a beautiful one-bedroom, two-bath retreat offering views of the Gulf and pool area from a fifth-floor balcony. The main bedroom offers a king bed, designer bedding, with a full main bathroom adjoining. There is an additional sleeping area with two cozy twin over twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids, with another full bathroom next to it. You will love the nice coastal details in the comfortable and accommodating living area with a queen sofa sleeper and well-coordinated furnishings as well as access to the large balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico. If you decide to make meals in, you can do so from a fully-updated kitchen with full-size appliances and all the housewares you will need for meal preparation. There is also a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Come and stay at Beach Resort 514, where you can relax in comfort.

Located on Scenic Hwy 98, this one-bedroom, two-bathroom home away from home allows you a peaceful environment but is only minutes away from restaurants, shopping, and family entertainment! You'll be mere steps away from the sugar-white beach and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Practice your swing at the nearby Emerald Bay Golf Club (one mile away up north), or get your daily shopping fix at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which is located three and a half miles away.

Things to know:
Sunset Beach Service offers guests of Beach Resort 514 complimentary set-up and use of two chairs, with footrests, and one umbrella from March 1st – October 31st.

***This property will be undergoing an exterior restoration project from October, 1 2024 - December 16 2024. During this time balcony access may be unavailable. This project includes painting the building and recoating the walkway/ balcony. Loud noise, dust, construction crews, and equipment are expected. ***

Wonderful Property with a great view!
This is our second stay in this unit and as with the last time it was wonderful. We love the property, the pool is amazing, the view is incredible and it is a great location.

Family Spring Break
Excellent property and room. A bit of confusion about where the beach gate was and the code but the property owner called me and helped. She was so kind and helpful. The condo was so nice and up to date. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had what we needed and more. Beach access (once we found the gate) was easy and the beach service was so convenient. The view was second to none overlooking the pool and the ocean. I was a bit disappointed that there were a couple of hairs in the bathtub and on one of the linens. The caulking around the master toilet needs "refreshed." I took some Clorox wipes to some "spots" on the doors and light switches, but other than those couple of details the cleanliness was on point. It was a very nice condo! The pool was so clean and the pool restrooms were SPOTLESS. The atmosphere on the grounds and in the community were family friendly and felt very safe. One of my favorite places that we have stayed in Destin and we have been there A LOT.

Always a delight
This property was amazing, great views and type can tell the property owners really appreciate their investment and include the “little things” upon arrival. 17 years now we’ve stayed at Beach Resort, with many more to come.

Wonderful condo and amazing location
I highly recommend this condo. First of all the 5th floor view overlooking the large pool and amazing gulf view cant be beat. The unit itself has plenty of room and amenities and is very clean. Beach access is a short walk down the road and through a private gated enterance. The pools and hot tub are very nice especially for the kiddos. We look forward to getting back to destin and staying at 514 again!

Nice location in Miramar Beach
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Beach resort. We had a beautiful view of the gulf from the our 5th floor unit. The pool was heated and had a nice hot tub. The unit itself had everything we needed. The area in general,has everything you could want with great food and shopping not to mention a fabulous beach. We hope to return. Only suggestion to the owner would be to consider upgrading the mattress which was pretty firm.

Property is great. Condo was excellent. The only exception was a previous tenant must’ve smoked in the bathroom. The smell took three days to get out. I would definitely rent from them again. Management was excellent

Avoid VACASA management!!
We love staying at Beach Resort and have had several great experiences. Perfect location, great grounds keeper and pool maintenance, perfect pool area and subtle differences in condos has been fun to experience. BUT, this property is managed by VACASA and had issues with cleaning and safety. Linens were clean, but the toilet had urine on it, showers had soap rings and hair, and the fridge was filthy. Sand everywhere, but we can handle that. I called VACASA and they said they would come clean, never did. When I called to follow up, they said it was our fault because we were supposed to move to another unit so they could clean, we never received any info regarding that. The legs of the balcony furniture were taped on and broke when we tried to sit down. We are 3 weeks out and VACASA still does not have a resolution to the situation.

We had a great time. Rooms were clean and satisfactory, but we needed more cooking utensils and brighter light in our bedroom. We would definitely stay there again. We love staying here. It’s a beautiful view near the beach and has the best pool.

Great vacation
The condo was in great shape when we arrived and just like it was pictured. The master bed was hard as a rock but that would be my only complaint. It would be nice to have two pool keys for when the group split up but other than that it was great!

Great place to stay in Destin
We loved staying at this condo. It was clean, had a decent view, was quiet and had a great pool. It had most everything we needed for our stay. There was a coffee maker, but NO coffee filters. We brought our own coffee, but we didn't bring filters because we thought surely they would have filters if they had a coffee maker, but they didn't. So be aware. My parents came and stayed 2 nights with us and we discovered the sofa bed frame wasn't in the best shape. They ended up putting the mattress for it on the floor. So if you need to use it, it might be best to just bring an air mattress. And because of the way the sofa bed frame is the couch is really saggy in that area. I just used the chaise side of it and we put the throw pillows under the cushions to give them a boost. Otherwise we had no complaints at all. And I'm just stating these things so that other people are aware before booking the room, not so much as a complaint.
