Miramar Beachin sydämessä on arvostettu Shipwatch-yhteisö. Tässä viehättävässä 3100 neliön kodissa on kaikki mitä voitte kuvitella täydelliseksi rantalomalle! Fleur Di Seas on vain lyhyen minuutin kävelymatkan päässä hiekalta. Tässä hiljattain rakennetussa kodissa (kevät 2019) on viisi yksityistä ja tilavaa makuuhuonetta, neljä kylpyhuonetta, 2 puoli kylpyä, lämmitetty uima-allas, lämmitetty ulkosuihku ja kaasugrilli.

Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on märkä baari, täysikokoinen pesutupa, kahden auton autotalli, king-vierashuone ja jauhehuone. Toisessa kerroksessa hyväpalkkainen, täysin varusteltu keittiö, olohuone ja Master-sviitti omalla kylpyhuoneella.

Tämän kodin kolmannessa kerroksessa on sisäänrakennetut kerrossängyt, kaksi vierashuonetta, joissa on kaksinkertainen kuningatar ja molemmissa kaksi makuuhuonetta. Jokainen tämän talon huone on ainutlaatuinen ja moderni täydellisellä koristeellisella kosketuksella ja huomiota yksityiskohtiin. Lounge auringossa, rentoutua varjossa ja rentoutua koskematon uima-allas aivan takaoven ulkopuolella!

Beautiful Beach House
We had a great time in this amazing beach house! Close to the beach and a wonderful place to hang out with friends. Lots of space and floor plan is perfect for a bigger group. Would highly recommend this property in Miramar Beach!

This was a 4 day weekend for 6 adults. The location was absolutely perfect, the house was GORGEOUS. It was spotless and exactly as described. We are all planning on going back every year. It could not have been more beautiful. A++

Wonderful beach get away!
This rental was exactly as described. Beautiful and roomy house. Lots of stairs. Backyard is not very private but we had great neighbors! Rental company takes about 24 hours to respond but Aaron (the rep) was professional and efficient. Really close beach access. We brought a collapsible wagon but never needed it. The front porch is close to heaven! We spent lots of time out there. Grocery store is is very convenient and plenty of restaurants around. Would definitely return!

Beautiful house and view
We really enjoyed staying here but unfortunately we would not return. The community does not allow outdoor entertainment after 8 and is unfortunate because we were on vacation and we wanted to spend time around the Pool at night time. The pool area has no privacy at all. The guard at the front was very disrespectful and too bossy. The house do not have a double car driveway.

Amazing house and beach
We loved our stay! The house was perfect for 3 families and it had everything we needed. The only trouble we encountered was that they needed to drain the community pond into the ocean. It made the ocean dirty and it had a terrible smell. On those days we had to stay at the house pool. Luckily we were at crab island for one of the days. When that wasn’t happening…it really was perfect.

Great rental, we would return!
The rental is fantastic! It was clean and furnished well. It was perfect for our group of 7 adults and two children. We had a couple of small, non-emergency maintenance issues which the property company resolved quickly upon opening on Monday. The beach access is easy and the small pool proved to be a great feature, especially for the kids. The fact that the unit comes with four chairs and two umbrellas on the beach was also appreciated. My favorite area of the house was the second floor balcony off of the family room. It was definitely our gathering spot. We would rent this unit again.

80th Birthday Celebration! Perfect :-)
We fly out from Arizona to meet other family members to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. The property was as beautiful in person as in pics. Enough room to sleep 11 of us ! The walk to the beach was steps away ...no streets to cross. The kitchen was adequately stocked ..as we stayed in to cook every night.. wonderful views from front porch . We will definitely return to this property in the future!!

Amazing House
The house was fantastic & just like the pictures. You can see the gulf from the master bedroom, master bath, and living room balcony. The swing on the balcony was my absolute favorite spot. It was probably 50 steps from the house to the sand. We stayed the first week in November '20 and chair/umbrella service was extended. We haven't stayed anywhere with this service before. It was really nice to have everything set up so we didn't need to drag everything back and forth to the house. The beach is the cleanest I have ever seen. This was our only trip since COVID started, and it worked out perfectly. The house was spotless and the private beach was really easy to social distance. It's hard to tell in the photos, but the pool is rather small. It's probably typical for this area though. It was perfect for my two kids to play in, but i would say max 4 kids. I really wanted to give this rental 5 stars, but I was disappointed with the property management. I had to email and call multiple times to confirm that they would heat the pool. I also called when we arrived at 9 pm to let them know we had issues getting into the house. (We did find that one of the pool doors was left unlocked so we got in.) The key pad issue ended up just being a misunderstanding from the check-in email, but it would have been nice to have gotten a call about it the next morning or a response to my email. Some sort of welcome note would have been nice explaining what I assume are hurricane doors throughout the house. There is a trick to the doors that if you don't turn the handle correctly it won't close. It might be common knowledge in the area, but not to people that haven't been there before. It was very frustrating to deal with after a 15 hour car ride. This is also a house that is clearly not lived in by the owner. I realize that some things may have been removed for COVID cleaning, but the house was practically empty. Bring everything (including pool and beach towels) except for pans, plates, and utensils. Even though there were some misses with the property management company, now that we're familiar with the house, we hope to return again. It was really hard to leave such a beautiful house and perfect beach.
