Emerald Waters Village -yhteisössä on suuri yhteisön allas. Alkaen maaliskuusta uima-allas on lämmitetty. Myös pääsy rannalle! Lähellä rantaa rannalla! Lyhyt 10 minuutin kävelymatka rannalle!

Beach Classy - Tule Sail Away osaksi absoluuttista rentoutumista ja hauskaa. Valmistaudu! Saapuessasi pääset maapallon tasolle pelihuoneeseen, jossa unohdat huolet ja jätät stressiä. Mistä haluat aloittaa hauskanpidon? Mikä on valintasi? Haluatko pelata peliä? Air Hockey tai Foosball? Ehkä haluat pelata X Boxissa (pelit ja kaksi ohjainta) yhdessä kahdesta Smart TV -alueesta tai soittaa elokuvan Netflixissä toisella Smart TV: llä samalla kun rentoudut johonkin kahdesta sohvasta. Kutsuvassa avoin avoin oleskelutila on 2 sohvaa ja tuoli, joka palaa takaisin katsomaan suosikkiesityksiäsi suurella näytöllä varustetussa älykkäässä televisiossa. Aamiaishuoneessa pöytä istuu 8, ja vielä 3 paikkaa aamiaisbaarissa. Suuri keittiö on hyvin varustettu, joten voit valmistaa aterioita. Keittiössä on ruoanlaittopotti, joka siirtyy lämmittämään, kun olet valmis ruoanlaittoon, joten kun olet rannalla, aterianne voi valmistaa ja sinun ei tarvitse huolehtia siitä, että ryntää takaisin kääntämään sitä niin, ettei se pääse kokki.

Kolmannessa kerroksessa on 4 makuuhuonetta, joissa on 43 "älypuhelinta. 2 queen-size-huoneessa on kaapeli 43-tuumaisissa televisioissa. Vuodesohva kahdessa makuuhuoneessa nukkuu kaksi, siinä on matalampi kaksinkertainen ulosvedettävä sänky ja 43-tuumainen televisio, jossa on 2 ohjainta ja Netflix. Jos nautit 1: stä Emerald Waters Village -alueella sijaitsevasta 2 uima-altaasta, vie yksityinen kävelymatka rannalle pääsyyn, tai voit nauttia uima-altaasta rannalla sijaitsevilla huoneistoilla tai ohittaa kaikki uima-altaat yhdessä, päästä alas ja nauttia kauniita hiekkarantoja lahdella ja juoda auringon. Jos valitset, voit käyttää vaunua ja ottaa mukaan rantaleluja, tuoleja ja sateenvarjoja. Etkö halua kuljettaa niitä? Ei! Lataa golfkärry ja aja se kaikki alas rannalle pääsyyn tai ajoi joissain päivinä ranta concierge-asetukset aikatauluilla 24 tuntia etukäteen. July 4th at Miramar Beach with the family
The property was great. Everything worked well. The golf cart was helpful & also saved $ from renting one, though we may not have opted to do that as we ended up driving to the public access beach. It was too hot to use the hot tub. 4 those looking @ this home, the downstairs worked well for a family with kids - a private queen bedroom (though it was small for a queen) & a bathroom, 2 couches (1 a sleeper), & a bunk with trundle. All sound from the 2nd floor was amplified - chairs being moved across kitchen floor was loud enough to wake us from a sound sleep. Normal footsteps sounded like stomping. We ended up using ear plugs & keeping the fan in the bathroom on. Also, there is no covering on the door window next to the bunk, so we used a personal sheet to block this, as the sun rose at 5:30 am- bright & very hot. The Beach was an entirely new experience for us seasoned Floridians. All within walking distance was "private beach" with entire ocean blocked off with single umbrella/2 chair rentals for $80/day. The small public access beach also had these. You cannot be against the ocean until after 5 pm, when they remove these rental umbrellas. They are placed so close together that it is actually intrusive to walk between them. Tents allowed only on back 1/3. There were 5 rows of people from dune to ocean, packed in tight. There were helicopters flying above, & airplanes, and everyone's music competing. It was not a relaxing beach. Loved the house, not the beach.

Very nice!

Beautiful house in a good location
The house was beautiful and functional. Joan and her property manager were great to communicate with . The beach towels and toys were greatly appreciated. Getting beach equipment, toys, and people to the beach on the golf cart was a bit of a chore; there is no parking for the golf cart so you must take it back to the house and walk back. It's only a ten minute walk, so that wasn't bad. We had very small children that limited our beach trips. Lovely home.

Great place
Owner communication was great. House was clean and comfortable with everything you need. Having some beach items already available made packing for the trip much easier. Would have given 5 stars except some of the bed sizes were smaller than listed. Some beds listed as queens appeared to be full size beds instead. The hot tub was older and did not work when we arrived, but the owner handled it as quickly as they could. I would have appreciated some compensation for the days we did not have the hot tub, but not really expected. I anticipated the beach access to be connected to the gated community, but the access was a block away from the edge of the community without parking at the beach access for the golf cart. This was an inconvenience, but was easier to manage with the included golf cart. Had a great time and would rent again.

Great experience, but needed a few improvements
The homeowner was wonderful to work, being very friendly and easy to get ahold of by phone. The house itself was beautiful and as described in the description, and accommodated our group very well. There were a few things that could have used attention, such as the air conditioner on the first floor (Joan did try to get someone to come out to fix it, but they were unable to show up during our stay's duration-- 4 nights, so she had her assistant bring over a new box fan to help keep it cool), somewhat small mold spot near return air vent on first floor (we understood homes in this area experience much humidity and this was likely the cause), and the newer washing machine (the auto sense seemed to not be working, but Joan said she was aware of the issue). All in all, I would stay at another one of Joan's rental homes again as it was a very pleasant vacation home.

My wife, 3yo son and I stayed at the house for a week in February. What a great house this is. Everything was as advertised. A cute, small gated community with two pools, plenty of extra parking, neighbors were all nice and friendly. Very “nice community” vibe. Fantastic houses. The hot tub was huge and hot. The Xbox’s and games all worked well. Golf cart was awesome to have. You don’t need to but anything for the beach, the garage is full of organized beach toys, chairs, wagon, pretty much anything ya need. Did I mention this place has 8 new smart TVs, all with working functions including cable. Kitchen was more than well equipped, to the point that it looks like the owners or long term guest actually cook. ha Location was great for us, between The Commons and Silver Sands. Minutes from the beach and restaurants. We’ve vacationed 3 times a year for the last 10 years. We know are way around a rental. This is a overall a great house and our stay was awesome. Can I also mention that every bind in the house worked properly and weren’t broken. what a great house ;)

Perfect for our family beach trip!
The kids loved having the downstairs. Having the golf cart was so convenient to drive over to the beach or to go grab some food. The property managers were very nice and helpful and the neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful. Can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely Wonderful Vacation
Our whole family (15) went on vacation together, and has such a wonderful time! The accommodations were nice and the property owner was excellent with her communication. The golf cart came in really handy.

Perfect fit!
The home was perfect for us. The owner is local and was very attentive. Close to the beach and other shops, restaurants and activities. Great gated community! Loved our vacation.

Great Stay
This house is centrally located a block and a half from the beach and has all the amenities needed for a great family stay!
