Very nice condo. Check in process was simple. Great amenities in room, smart TV made it easy to access streaming netflix etc. Lots of dishware, pots and pans. Plenty of towels and shampoo/soap.

Perfect weekend
We had a great time! The condo was nice and we had more than enough room for my family of 3. The location was super convenient! Overall we had a perfect weekend. We experienced one small mishap which had me very startled.. I guess some confusion between the rental management company and the owners but we would definitely stay here again.

Really liked the accommodations, beautiful. Did not care for the parking garage, not big enough
Did not care for the drinking at the pool, my young nieces did not need to see the drinks that were hanging out there everyday, and we did see a young man, 17 or 18, urinating in the wheel well of a car in front of the Grand, we were not happy about that with our girls in the truck with us. It is a very nice place to stay, wish it had access to the beach though, and we were only left 3 passes to the tram to the beach and there were 4 of us, so we had to drive to the beach.

Clean, comfortable and fantastic location
Was great being able to enjoy a very short walk to and from the Baytowne Wharf for fun, food and nightly activities. The unit is extremely clean-spotless. It is a level 1 unit, but ground level with the pool directly out from the building’s front entrance. Would rent again in a heartbeat. So nice having a classy location with a lot of places to play within walking distance.

Lovely property, lots of activities. Easy access to Miramar Beach by shuttle, car or bike. Nice quite room with lovely view of the bay. The porch was one of our favorites-lots of birds singing. Very nice place.

Very nice condo
This was a great condo. Parking was difficult because it's in a low ceilinged parking garage with small spaces. I also wish the gate code had been texted to me with the room code because I didn't see it in my email. It's just odd they would text the room code but not the gate code.

Perfect Little Getaway!
The condo was in great shape, had all of the kitchen and bath needs and a great sunset view over the bay! We enjoyed the walking distance to the restaurants and shops, ease of access from the parking garage and the gym. Would definitely stay again.

Great condo with mid century decor. Nice matching furniture and quality art on the walls. Everything worked! One negative which is common these days; two 3-way lamps in the living area with ONE WAY BULBS! This is so stupid! Otherwise great :)

Very disappointed in directions and assume finding room!
Will not rent again from vacation. No one answered phone or assisted us on property when checking in! Room was great! Bed was hard as a rock! Location was good. When the property mgmt called to see how we were doing and told her that there was no one to help us finding the place, all she said was "oh" not so sorry or you should of....terrible service from thay girl that called me on Saturday. Very disappointed in service!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect spot; close to the elevators and lobby, on the main floor, directly next to the pool, and only a short 6 minute walk to the village! We had an absolute blast. The only room I really saw for improvement was maybe invest in a new mattress for the bedroom. Either the mattress springs or box springs are broken on the side nearest the closet so while my husband slept fine all week I tossed and turned in the slump!

Great room, poor property management company
The condo was really nice and bigger than I expected it to be.Baytown Wharf is such a unique and relaxing place. We enjoyed it so much we want to extend our stay but was unable to get in contact with any of the help/support persons to get information to extend our stay. I emailed and called several times with no response. I will definitely come back ,but will not be using Vacasa managed properties. Next time I will book directly with Baytown Wharf's property management. The Hassel of contacting someone to answer simple questions wasn't worth the extra savings.

I didn't like the verification process: was twice. Rosa wasn't honest about check in:
Rosa was very dishonest. I called several time about early check in: Rosa said there was people in the room so it wouldn't be ready early checkin. Come to find out the room was available 24 25 of December. If you don't know for sure ask someone. The verification process was terrible. First time I book the room it was cancel: couldn't verify. Second time couldn't book the room same reason. Rosa didn't ask if my address was P O B until the second time. I THANK GOD FOR NATE HE HELP US.
