The living room has warm cherry and tropical furnishings and a double sofa bed. Snuggle up on the sofa and watch TV if you're in need of a relaxing afternoon or head over to the balcony with a refreshing and cold beverage in hand to take in the views and admire the scenery. The shared outdoor pool is a great perk you and your friends will have access to if you find the beach too crowded for your liking.
This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. Seasonal beach service is included from March to October.
Bike rentals are included with your vacation rental.
Reservations include a free one-hour kayak rental.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
