The property was very nice however. The table leg on the table on the outdoor patio was broken. The ceiling fan on one bedroom did not work. Another bedroom the ceiling light and tv did not work. Toilet paper holder was broken in one bathroom and no spare batteries for tv remote that was about to die. I called manager no answer. I emailed and heard back next day and then we had figured out that problem was a tv was unplugged however I reached out again and nothing. I have stayed at places before and the manager was very responsive also the bathroom sink drained very slow

Perfect MOAB rental home
This home is modern, comfortable, clean and conveniently located to Arches NP and downtown MOAB. Our family of four had more than enough room to enjoy downtime between activities.

Beautiful & spacious home! Well stocked with extra towels, linens, and kitchen supplies. The pool is a short walk from the house. The location of the house is perfect for Arches National Park, a little farther to Canyonlands but not terrible. Location to downtown Moab can’t be beat. My kids (and I) hated to leave

Fantastic place and fantastic trip
Really enjoyed this rental. it had all the amenities that our group of 8 needed for a fun-hog weekend of mountain biking (garage, hose to clean bikes, well appointed kitchen, laundry, bbq grille, big family table, comfy couches to recover on, big TV to watch GoPro footy and a Sonos system to play our jams!). House was super convenient to restaurants, shopping, and meeting points for Whole Enchilada shuttles. Beds were comfortable, AC worked great, fridge kept beer cold, hot water seemed bottomless. Management company was very responsive to any minor annoyances we had, and we felt very well taken care of. will totally look for this place again when we return for longer trips!

Great location, new, roomy.
Overall we liked staying here. Nice building, good furniture, kitchen is well equipped. Like all of Moab, a bit expensive for what you get. For as much money as they charge they could afford to get better, unstained towels in a different color. I don't like that the agency charges an extra fee to cover the VRBO booking fees. If we go again, we'll just skip VRBO and go direct to Evolve.

This house was perfect for our group of 6 from 3 generations-large great room was perfect for time together. The four bedrooms were on the 2nd floor. There were 3 full bathrooms, but 1 of the full bathrooms was on the main floor, which meant the 2 teenagers had to go downstairs to use the bathroom, a slight inconvenience. Location was perfect to get to town as well as to get to the national parks or do any activities. We had a fabulous family outdoor vacation. Don’t miss Moab-it’s an amazing place! The management was readily available, even reaching out to welcome us a few hours before we arrived.
