Tämä koti - jossa on yksityinen autotalli - sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla niille, jotka etsivät pakoilua täynnä maastopyöräilyä, patikointia ja ATV: tä, lyhyen ajomatkan päässä Archesista ja Canyonlandsin kansallispuistoista. Roaches Drove us Out Before We Could Stay
We were in the unit for less than 5 minutes when we started seeing roaches in the kitchen and other parts of the 1st floor. We immediately reached out to the owner, and she was extremely dismissive, stating we were extremely naive to come to the desert in the fall and not expect roaches inside the home. I can attest that we have stayed in Moab multiple times and have never experienced roaches previously, and the unit we moved to that evening, that was in the same complex, did not have roaches either. The only remedy she offered was to contact pest control and hopefully they would make it out the next day. I told her we did not feel comfortable staying in the house with bugs while waiting for the situation to be remedied and also, with having very young kids, we did not feel comfortable being in a home that just had a bunch of chemicals sprayed on every surface. We were told that was our problem and we would be receiving no refund or credit whatsoever. Like I stated previously, we rented another unit, on our own expense, and had no issues with bugs whatsoever. This unit is dirty, infested with roaches, and I would not recommend staying in it or with this owner.

Beds were hard and uncomfortable, except for the master that was worn out and you created a hole in by morning. nicer beds and this place would be amazing, the townhome was clean and in good shape otherwise, worked well for our needs overall.

Home Base for Family Adventures
Nice clean roomy base for our Moab adventures. Two pools and hot tub just 100 steps away. Big garage, comfy beds, well-appointed kitchen. Kids enjoyed the air hockey. We did leave feedback for our hosts about a few maintenance issues that changed our rating from a perfect 5 stars.

Good location just south of town. We were confused by the 4 digit address which doesn’t show up anywhere. The 5A6 address was what you needed to look for! Our host promptly answered our call about the exact location as well as promptly arranging a cleaning which had been missed.

Spring in Moab
We had a great week in Moab! Condo was very clean and stocked with just about everything needed for our adventure home base. The kitchen was well stocked, and the 2-car garage was super convenient. The kids were pleasantly surprised when they found out the pool was open before the listed dates! Hot tub was wonderful, when there was room. We found that the hot tub is too small to meet the demand from the number of condos that share the facility, so you have to make sure to hit it right. This is a great place for families, as the outdoor recreation area is wonderful. We did find that the bed in the Primary Bedroom was terribly uncomfortable. My wife and I ended up changing up sleeping arrangements with our kids so we could join them upstairs to get some sleep. Other than the bed situation, we were very pleased with our stay. The location is great, as it’s far enough out to be away from the busyness, but only a short drive into town.

Perfect Moab getaway
We love Moab and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and well stocked. The linens were great quality in all the bathrooms and bedrooms. Beds were very comfy. Our kids loved swimming in the heated pool just steps from the front door. The home is quiet even when the community got busier on the weekend. We would stay again on our next Moab adventure!

Taking Grandma to Moab
Our communication and check in was seamless. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Even the bunk bed in one of the upstairs bedrooms was great for an adult to sleep in. We enjoyed the hot tub after a day of outside adventure. The location was perfect for our groups activity plans. A great stay. Thank you!

Great Spot
Love the location, pool access, fit our family of 4 perfectly. I did not receive Check- in info before our arrival and after a 6hr drive that was a bit of a bummer and had to wait on the phone for about 30 minutes for help but once connected the representative got me the information right away and was very helpful. We loved loved the pool and the short distance walk to it. It had all the amenities we needed. We would stay here again.

Very spacious. Nicely appointed and supplied. Lots of windows, light and views. Tennis, playground, pool, hot tub two doors down. Comfortable and quiet neighborhood. Everything worked well.

Good location to Arches and Canyonlands
Overall, great stay. The place was clean and accommodated 6 adults fairly well. The only drawback are the bunk beds. Yes, they are two beds but as a good sized adult, getting up and down can be a bit tricky! Also, it squeaked when the person in the top bunk rolled over. We struggled with getting the ac right for sleeping and used the fans provided to help keep us cool. Overall though, it was a great place to stay. I really liked that it was just outside downtown Moab. It was like a 20 min drive to Arches.

Moab adventure father / son trip
We made this place our central base and it was perfect for our needs. We selected Rim Village because we wanted a nice patio and grill with red rock views and this place was perfect. After hiking all day in 100 degree temperatures it was nice sleeping in a cool and clean environment. Would select again, definitely a 10/10 in my book.

Property was immaculate. Location to Main St. restaurants and Arches National Park was perfect! Also had a toilet maintenance issue during our stay ... the owner addressed immediately! : ) Will stay here again next time I am in Moab!

Excellent property for a group or family
The home is very comfortable and spacious. The owner, Mary, is extremely pleasant and kind and has made a big effort to make the property appealing. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a community pool just outside of the Center of Moab and accessible to many local attractions.

Good time in Moab, not the greatest place to stay.
We had a great time in Moab but this property had some problems. I never received the check in email so I was on the phone for quite a while trying to get the right person to get it re sent the afternoon we were checking in. The property is outside of town so it was not very convenient for my family of 6, driving back and forth to town and to the different parks. The garbage can in the kitchen was broken and so was the air hockey table. There was a decent sized stain on the carpet in the living room and the couch smelled bad and it was quite cramped for space between the kitchen and living room. The biggest complaint I have is the bed in the master bedroom. We left a night early because it was so uncomfortable I just couldn't sleep another night in that bed. It was a fine place to stay for a family but I have rented much nicer places closer to town.
