Great property!
Property is exactly as pictured. Clean and functional with a warm and cozy atmosphere. Very close to downtown Moab (less than 10 minutes) and in a great location between Arches and Canyonlands National Park. Will be returning for our next Moab trip!

Wonderful stay!
We used this property as a meeting point for our family, who traveled from four diff states. The property was exactly what we needed in terms of space and to cook Thanksgiving dinner! It was well equipped for our meal and the property itself was comfortable and accommodating for 7 adults and one child. The location was perfect for the areas we wanted to visit, too. We had questions, at one point, for the property management and they responded quickly and helped us with what we needed. Highly recommend!

Nice house but the back yard is behind a dog park for a RV site
Nice place. The master bedroom was great, the upstairs rooms were small though. It was a very nice house, but don’t expect any privacy in the backyard because there is a RV park back there, and their dog park is right behind a chain link fence.

This place was great. Plenty of space. New. Nicely designed. Has everything you need. We didn’t use the private hot tub, but it’s great that it has it. Would stay again 100%.

The unit seems nice, but we found a lot of insects and it definitely put a damper on our comfort. Ants in the kitchen and along the living room floor. Black widows Al outside around hot tub and fire pit. The pool at the unit is super small, dirty, and crowded. The unit owners were unresponsive on vrbo and occasionally hard to get ahold of over the phone with Evolve. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay again, and would recommend searching to paying less for a better place.

Great place to share with family & friends
Lots of room to lounge around in. Beds were comfy and even though it was close to the hwy, it was very quiet. The few of the Moab fault was partly shrouded by the rv park fence, but not bad. Close to town. Very clean and new. Master shower was uncomfortable to stand on with the floor having large pebbles to stand on and the bathtub shower floor was very slippery. We would highly recommend this townhouse.

Roomy and great for group
This place is so big, with great seating for a group and a large kitchen and open family room to gather in. The space outside likewise has plenty of seating. It is clean and modern. Decor is cute, yet sparse like a rental should be. The Bluetooth speaker for connecting to for music was great. It is a solid building such that we never heard the people next door unless we were all outside. Location is convenient. We had an issue at one point and it was attended to very quickly. Shelly texted near our arrival time and very was available. Also, it’s no big deal that the KOA dog run borders the back yard. It’s a non-issue. Only suggestion wd be putting a foam topper on the beds in room with a queen and twin instead of assuming only kids would sleep there- the mattresses were of lower quality than the rooms with king beds. Our group wants to return again next year, but my back is still not happy from that hard bed. Others said the king beds were great.

Perfect getaway
We really enjoyed this house. It was absolutely spotless! It was located in a quiet neighborhood. The management team reached out to me before our stay and communication was very easy. The house is beautifully furnished and very cozy. It is well stocked with plenty of towels, extra blankets, pillows, etc... The kitchen had everything we needed for enjoying some meals at the house. Hot tub was very nice. I would highly recommend staying here. It was a great place! Thank you!

Good location to town, furniture and beds were comfortable. Communication with Evolve was almost nonexistent and made me very nervous about this VRBO rental. I emailed Evolve several times with no response, finally got a computer generated response about “Boots on the Ground” will contact you closer to your check-in time. I emailed again with my questions on 2/5/22 and got a response from Evolve on 3/25/22 after we had already checked into the house. If it hadn’t been for Shelly calling me, she is a local property manger of neighboring properties to let me know about the new Reservation System for Arches, I would have had NO communication with anyone regarding this property before check-in. Yard is not completely fenced for pets, and backs up to the KOA dog potty area. The hot tub cover I think is new but did not fit the hot tub and the old lifting arm brackets did not work. You had to slide the hot tub cover off onto the ground. New patio chairs are needed sooner than later the fabric is about to give out due to sun and heat. Only had 2-3 wine glasses and a couple plastic glasses for outside. The BBQ worked well. The gas fire pit igniter is broken but the fire pit still functions. If you had a larger group you would probably need more plates. Otherwise the kitchen was stocked with the basics and the house had plenty of sheets & towels. Shelly was helpful and responsive.
