I liked that it was next to a good chinese restaurant. It had a kitchen and dining table in it that i wasn't expecting. I didn't like that it had a slight odor. The light switch in the bathroom you could hear was shorting out. In checking in, their credt card machine had a problem due to slow internet so had to find ATM to pay cash.

Staff was great and went the extra mile... updated rooms were clean with a comfy bed. The Chinese restaurant next door was fast and friendly. Great experience!

This was my second time staying there. Staff is great. It is a very quiet location. It is my new go to hotel anytime I am in the Portland area. Will highly recommend any day of the week

They charged my card before i got there which irritated me but they made it right by voiding it and putting on the card i planned to use. The room was decently clean and bed was comfortable. We had some stranger who looked like he was on drugs knock on our door in the middle of the night which kinda scared me. Other than that staff was pleasant and our stay wasnt bad.

Terrible service. We had a late check in so we called to confirm that was ok. We were told no problem. Just ring the bell. We were not let into our room until 8:30 the next morning. !! Do NOT stay here.

The staff was great! I had a reservation, but knew I was going to be late. I called ahead to make sure it was paid for. I was told the office would close at 10:00 but I could bring the bell to get my keys. I didn't get there until midnight and he was very friendly. My keys didn't work at the room and so he immediately brought me new ones. I am already planning my next trip to stay there in a couple months and would highly recommend this place
