Residential area of Beausoleil - close to Monaco
You have a supermarket 7 minutes walk away
Beausoleil is a city with quite a bit of unevenness and the apartment is not ideal if you have problems getting around
The building has two entrances but we advise you to use the one at the bottom. The area is not very practical when you have a vehicle even if it is possible to park in the surrounding parking meter areas where you will find space.
Access on foot is quite practical for people who do not have mobility problems because you are 2 minutes from the public transport of the principality of Monaco and its elevators.
It should also be noted that Beausoleil and Monaco are cities where there is a lot of difference in level and access is not really ideal for people who have difficulty moving or disabled people.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a recent residence with elevator.

It consists of a living room with a modern open kitchen and a living room / dining room. The apartment does not have a TV at the moment but has WIFI. After the living room you will find a pretty quiet terrace overlooking lemon trees where you can have your lunch since there is garden furniture. Near the equipped kitchen you will find a dining table for 2 people
The apartment then consists of a bedroom with a 140 bed and a fairly recent shower room with a washing machine and toilet.
The apartment does not have a parking space, you will have to park your car in the surroundings or the spaces are paid until 6:30 p.m. The average budget per day for parking is around €10
