Allamanda Villa on hiljattain rakennettu, tyylikäs viiden makuuhuoneen Karibian loma-asunnon. Kaikki yhdellä tasolla, huvila sijaitsee dramaattinen tuhatviisisataa neliön jalka suuri huone huimilla kahdenkymmenen jalka katot ja viisikymmentä metriä liukuvaa lasi ovet avautuvat laaja katettu terassi.
Spanning kahdeksankymmentäviisi jalkaa, terassi tarjoaa vierailleen ylellistä nauttia ulkona säällä kuin säällä. Pelata biljardia tai pöytätennistä, nauttia jäädytetty cocktailin baarissa katsoessasi urheilutapahtuma ulkona televisiossa, tai lounge sohvalla ja lukea kirjaa, toisinaan vilkuillen jopa katsella lasten leikkiä infinity, ranta merkintä suolavesi allas, ennen katsellen ulos Karibianmerellä.
Kolme makuuhuonetta pääsee terassille tai sisätilojen käytävällä. Kaksi näistä toimenpiteen kahdeksantoista metriä potenssiin, ja on oma kylpyhuone, jossa kävellä suihkut ja walk-in komerot. Kolmas Makuuhuoneessa mittaa kahdenkymmenen jalan potenssiin ja on kylpyhuone, jossa suihkukaappi, ulkosuihku, ja poreamme. Kolme Jamaikan Koirat asuvat Allamanda (Petie, persikat ja luumu). Ne ovat erittäin ystävällisiä ja annetaan vapaat kädet kiinteistön aina kun omistajat ovat asuinpaikka. Just Wonderful!
Allamanda is a truly special place. We are repeat guests and love it more each time. The staff is amazing and we were so well cared for. Tryall Club was beautiful, both the beach, pool and grill, and an easy drive from the villa. We will be back!

Perfect Family Vacation Home
We celebrated my husbands 65th bday with 3 of our children and 2 toddlers and 1 infant- and had the best time. The owners were super helpful with all my questions and concerns and set everything up meticulously-every detail attended to. We have stayed and enjoyed Round Hill as a beach club 2 times in the past- this time the house had a TRYALL membership and we liked it even more. With children in the group we thought it was a much better option. There is a quiet pool and one with lots of shallow play areas for kids- the beach was beautiful with shade as needed it was a great experience there. The babysitter (Shantoi )set up by the house manager, was a huge help with the infant- we used her everyday, she came with us to Tryall and my daughter was able to focus on one child and even relax for a bit. The staff at the house is a group of wonderful people who really know how to make you feel like you are at home. The meals were all delicious and we have some picky eaters! Having access to the large van was also a wonderful perk. I am certain if you are lucky enough to rent this home it will be a memorable vacation.

Wonderful Stay & Experiences!
Our family of 10 stayed at Allamanda for a week for our summer vacation. We had the best time! The staff was AWESOME, and the food Chef Kerr prepared for us was amazing! The fruit was fresh, and every meal was delicious! The older adults enjoyed the peace and quiet in the mornings, and as coffee was ready, we enjoyed the view. The villa itself was beautiful, and we had plenty of room to spread around. Our driver, Alicia, took us anywhere we wanted to go, and we had some fantastic experiences simply because we had her and we appreciated her telling us about the island and points of interest. The hosts are super communicative and on top of everything! Thank you, Allamanda, for the hospitality; we will be back! Book Allamanda villa! You will not be disappointed!!!

We just returned from our stay at Allamanda. Really don’t know where to begin. Let’s just say, it was fantastic even through a category 4 hurricane! The staff couldn’t have been better! Michael, the house manager, never left us during the 4 day ordeal. He tended to our EVERY need. The property is beautiful, food was restaurant quality and service superior. Do not hesitate to book this villa. You will cherish the memories for many years.

Gorgeous villa!
Our group of 10 just left Allamanda and we were all very sad to leave the gorgeous views and cool breezes from the nearby coast. The home itself is gorgeous. Beautiful decor and very well-appointed. One thing we didn’t realize from the pictures is that the rooms are sort-of outside. When you open any of the bedroom doors, you step out into a long, open air hallway. It feels like you’re not all staying in the same house for some reason. Just information that some may find useful. There is an abundance of comfortable seating both inside and out. I would suggest cushions on the dining room chairs because the lip on the fronts of the chairs is really uncomfortable on your legs. Also, on the big, white sectional outside, I think pillows against the back would be wonderful since everyone in our group kept plopping down to sit and we would bang our heads really hard on the framing of the top of the sofa since it’s just fabric on top of wood. Mrs. Kerr’s cooking was unbelievable! She gave us a real taste of Jamaica. Crystal, Michael, Kingsley, and Pamela kept the house in tip-top shape every single day and our driver Juna was amazing. The owners are the best I’ve ever worked with. So, incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed before our arrival. Stay here! You won’t regret it:)

Can't wait to come back!
We had the BEST family vacation at Allamanda-- 3 generations, and 4 grandkids under 6. Everyone was thrilled. The staff was so accommodating to the kids. Trace helped us get car seats, Mrs Kerr and Michael gave them kid-friendly meals and dishes, and the baby had his own high chair pulled up to the table. There were kids beds, toys, and floats for the pool. They especially loved the playground and books. All of our pre-arrival groceries were there, our preferences were met, and we especially loved the blackened shrimp linguini on our last night. We really trusted the nanny and she was very attentive to the baby, so that we could let him nap while we enjoyed Round Hill. Even Crystal and Pamela (housekeeping) were aware of when the baby was napping, while still keeping it spotless. Having everyone together, under the same roof, eating at the same table, and enjoying the same pool was heaven! Thank you everyone!

A slice of heaven - such a treat!!
This home - and the incredible staff - are even lovelier than the pictures and numerous 5-star reviews depict. The open-air flow from the living space to the pool deck and incredible ocean view was glorious - and unlike any we'd seen. The bedrooms were gigantic, the pool large, and the ability to bop between the house and Round Hill Resort made this the most perfect place for us - all of the conveniences of staying in a home with the amenities and resort access as if you'd stayed on one. And can we talk about THE STAFF?! My goodness, we've never indulged in a staffed house before (although we've done MANY VRBOs) and I didn't know quite what to expect. Michael was simply THE BEST. Chef Kerr's meals were simply OUTSTANDING. Our laundry was done every day! (Such a treat for us as we have young kids and always so much laundry to do.) Rohan drove us everywhere we wanted, whenever we wanted. The van and his assistance was simply priceless. And Glen and Michele - they were the icing on the cake. I have never corresponded with such responsive, helpful, patient with all my questions, hosts before. I can't imagine a better choice on the island of Jamaica than Villa Allamanda. THANK YOU to all of you who helped make it such a glorious escape.

The loveliest getaway
Allamanda Villa is a little piece of paradise with a view of the water from the patio & pool, while surrounded by lush flowering gardens. All meticulously cared for by the wonderful staff who served amazing food and drinks, kept the villa (& our clothes) clean, & made sure all our needs were met. Cannot recommend it enough!

Great Times @ Villa Allamanda!
We had an outstanding time at Villa Allamanda with two families (4 adults and 3 children ages 6-9) during our 4-night stay. From the responsiveness of owners Glen and Michele before the trip, to the warm greeting by the house staff upon arrival, our stay was an absolute delight. The villa is even better than the photos and true to everything listed in the amenities. The thoughtful layout provides so much privacy in the comfortable living quarters and invites community in the shared spaces. Architecturally interesting design elements abound, too. We loved Mrs. Kerr's delicious meals - only limited by your imagination - and her peaceful spirit. We appreciated Michael's professionalism, attentiveness, and openness to answer any question (and frozen drinks upon request!!!). We're thankful for Ms. Lee and Crystal's smiles, greetings, and excellent work in the rooms daily. Kingsley's artistry and diligence in the grounds was impeccable and his calm demeanor was a joy. We loved having Ms. Maxine provide relief babysitting so we could enjoy a day of relaxed meals sans kiddos. Jason's work made us feel very safe and well-taken care of each night. And of course our stay would not have been the same without Rohan. From the trips to Round Hill, Seven Mile, and even up to neighborhoods in the hills - off the beaten path - he was so knowledgeable and accommodating. The staff makes the world your oyster so to speak - so it helps to think through all you want in advance as Villa Allamanda offers an experience tailored to your group. When in doubt - ask - they can probably make it happen!!! Thank you for an amazing, relaxing, and carefree vacation. Missing the beautiful ocean view from my favorite lounger on the veranda overlooking the pool and someone to ask: “What time would you like dinner?”

Wonderful Family Vacation Villa!
The house and staff were fabulous and with the Round Hill membership and a driver to take us there each day it makes for the perfect family vacation! The house is laid out well for a large group and the furnishings are lovely, comfortable, and spotless. It is very well equipped with even pool floats and children's toys too! We were 6 adults and 3 small kids and a baby so we ate all our meals at the house and the friendly staff did a great job of preparing and serving great meals, snacks and drinks for everyone. We loved going to the beautiful Round Hill resort each morning and then enjoying the house pool in the afternoons. From the prompt responses to my communication with Glen and Michele, the driver meeting each family at the airport (with car seats!) to the relaxed and friendly "good byes" on our departure, Allamanda Villa made for a flawless family vacation. We will be back!

Amazing stay!
Just finished a short trip of 4 nights to Allamanda Villa, and are so sad to go. Great location, great house, and great staff make for an amazing stay. We can’t wait to return. The staff was incredible, friendly and accommodating. Kingsley kept the grounds and pool looking great! Ms. Lee and Crystal kept a spotless house. Mrs. Kerr made the most delicious meals, and Michael and Jason kept everything running smoothly. Special thanks to our driver Rohan and our babysitter Shanti who rounded out an incredible experience. The master outdoor shower was a personal favorite! Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic Villa Experience
I highly recommend Allamanda Villa, the hosts (Glen and Michele), and the staff. My family and I stayed at the villa for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary and we were treated to such a wonderful 5 star experience. Our group of 9 people ranged from ages 85 to 13 and each person raved about how much they enjoyed themselves. Mrs. Kerr, the chef, is amazing - every meal was extremely delicious. I can't put into words how talented a chef she is (her coconut shrimp is to die for!) Michael, the butler, catered to our every need (his mango cocktails were a hit), and he made the anniversary dinner very special. Kingsley decorated for us with tiki torches and local flowers, and helped my husband find a good fishing spot nearby. Mr. Binns, our driver, was excellent - especially because we were travelling with a disabled passenger (the vehicle was handicap accessible, which is rare in Jamaica). Maxine, who came in as a personal aide to the disabled traveler, showed such tenderness and care, which was sincerely appreciated. Ms. Lee and Crystal - the housekeepers - made our lives easy and seamless. Jason, our evening security, was also great and accommodating. Thank you! We look forward to coming back!

Wonderful memories!!
An amazing week geared toward relaxation and good eating! Spent 7 glorious nights at Allamanda as a family of 5: me, my husband, our two boys ages 4&5 and my mother in law. It was a seamless holiday made possible by the amazing crew - from the owner Michele whom I spoke to beforehand prior to booking to the on-site staff of Micheal, Mrs Kerr, Kingsley, Jason, our driver Rohan, our nanny Maxine, and the amazing housekeepers. Our big request was eating all the local cuisine - especially fruit - and they did not disappoint! Micheal served up the perfect cocktails by the pool, Mrs Kerr was on fire in the kitchen serving amazing meals - her crab and lobster and akee dishes were unforgettable. Kingsley gave us a tour of the grounds and cut down fresh coconuts and breadfruit. I can go on forever. Part of me was conflicted in writing a review because I want to keep this gem a secret! The membership to Round Hill was definitely a HUGE plus. Looking back I don’t think the experience would’ve been quite the same. So I’m very happy the owner makes this big commitment as it’s a huge selling point. We spent every morning at the beach and my kids couldn’t get enough. In the afternoon we’d come back to the villa for a nap and then would swim in the pool and have appetizers and a lovely dinner. It was heaven. My oldest learned how to swim unassisted for the first time which we captured on video. What a memory to cherish! Unfortunately, on the last day my son hit his head and ended up needing three stitches. Micheal handled it well and called several doctors and we felt comfortable with the recommended medical center and the attending dr who sutured the wound and sent instructions for follow up care. When we came home the next day we visited our pediatrician and she was pleased with the result which put as all at ease. I think it’s a testament to the experience that this unfortunate event didn’t put a damper on the trip at all. We loved Jamaica, especially the Allamanda family. We will see you soon. ONE LOVE

Best Vacation in a Long Time!
The photos of Allamanda Villa do not do it justice. We felt our travel stress disappear as we walked into the house and saw the view, what a glorious place! The staff at the house was amazing, each kind and attentive, and determined to provide us a with a wonderful experience. Having access to the resort nearby for tennis and beach access was an incredible bonus, but we were just as happy to stay at Allamanda where we made fantastic memories. Can't wait to go back. Thank you to Michele and Glen for sharing your piece of paradise, and to Michael, Mrs. Karr, Crystal, Ms. Lee, Kingsley, Jason and our driver Fitzroy for being such lovely hosts.

Excellent communication with host pre-visit, who was willing to move our booking not once but twice because of enforced flight changes. Excellent staff, particular hats-off to Jason, night security. Whole experience was a complete joy. Always felt safe with friendly, diligent and knowledgeable staff.

Beautiful villa - cannot wait to return!
Friends and family (10 of us ranging in ages from 6 to 40+) stayed at this beautiful villa and were spoiled by the amazing staff! We had been at Round Hill for a few days prior and then moved to Allamanda so we could all stay together, and it was a fantastic decision. We were still able to enjoy Round Hill's beach and restaurant, while returning to Allamanda for privacy and luxury. (We really appreciated that the villa has Round Hill privileges - best of both worlds!) The 5 bedrooms are private and very comfortable. The pool and shared spaces are superb, and the staff (Michael, Mrs. Kerr, Jason, etc) all made sure we were taken care of. Mrs. Kerr cooked up fabulous breakfasts & dinner every day - my kids really miss the royal treatment! Michael was super helpful in getting all the food/beverages we needed. We invited the staff to join us for dinner one night and it was so fun! Keep in mind that you need to bring enough cash to pay for food and beverage, and to tip the staff at the end. They work hard and deserve it! Communication with owners Michele and Glen was excellent. Everything about this stay was top notch & I cannot recommend it enough. This will be our destination if and when we return to Jamaica.

An HGTV worthy home!
This home is truly gorgeous! It is exactly like the pictures, and yet better! The scale of this house is amazing…there is so much room! 8 ladies stayed here and it was simply perfection. The staff was very accommodating. Having a dedicated driver was THE best. I would definitely book a stay here again, longer this time. We really didn’t get a chance to even visit Round Hill and take advantage of some of the perks included with the booking.

Allamanda Villa is breathtaking!!!! The pictures just don’t capture how beautiful the property and view really are... The property is massive in size and there’s plenty for everyone to do... The staff we give them 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They were attentive, friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable about where everything was and how to make things happen. My husband, daughter, mom and I all celebrated our birthdays and Michael and the team made it extra Special for us all. I’m going to miss waking up to coffee being prepared, breakfast, mimosas... and any other cocktail we wanted ... Miss Kerr was amazing in the kitchen .... every meal she prepared was amazing!!!!! The owners were very accessible and answered emails right away... this was an amazing experience for us all. We will miss Jamaica and would definitely book at Allamanda again!!!!!
