The difference between regular all inclusive and the luxury is too marked, to such extent that I felt discriminated, the beverage selection for non luxury guests is really limited. The a la carte restaurants is too limited, and the room service is so poor that I was requesting sparkling water for 4 days and they always saud that that was not available.

Beautiful property but the service was not 5 Star. Our elevator was closed the entire week. We were on the fifth floor walking five flights each day. Most of the restaurants were closed and only the buffet was open. Trying to get into a dinner place at night was horrible as they were booked a week in advance. They didn’t tell you ahead of time either in regards to only getting 3 dinner nights either. When they say renovated, they mean updated to rooms. Our first room was leaking from the ceiling and had to move rooms. Room service wasn’t the best either. Two nights in a row we requested our fridge to be restocked and no one showed up. Same with towels and bell boy coming to get our luggage. No one showed up.

At the grill, ketchup and mustard were in wide open containers exposed to the elements. Straws are not served with beverages (terrible). How am i supposed to enjoy my frozen beverages. Burgers are cooked with high open flame for approximately 60 seconds on each side, burning the outside and leaving inside uncooked. Car park is bushy with unleveled terrain and far (workout)

When I first checked in my room wasn’t ready. The young lady at the front desk provided us with another room which was horrible. It didn’t have a good smell, bathroom and drapes were dirty. I felt like checking out instantly. However, I was directed to contact someone at the front desk. I met a lovely, friendly, kind and compassionate young lady Miss Cardell. She heard my concerns and made sure all my needs was met. Miss Cardell thanks for your warm hospitality and always following up to make sure we was ok.
