The AC in the room was leaking. Had to call the technician for 3 out of 5 nights we stayed and he would mop it with towels. And the leaks are a common sight across the property. The Coffee shop and the gym had huge buckets and towels as a kind of a permanent install to catch the leaks. The Vegetarian options at lunch and dinner buffet were much limited (and not very many kid friendly options) when compared to our Hilton Cancun experience last year. The pools and the drink bars were great.

The weather was rainy on our check-in day. Upon our arrival, the hotel building was leaking in many places. There were several beach towels, buckets, and yellow cones throughout the building, catching several leaks between the coffee shop, first-floor ceiling (near the elevators), and leading down the main stairwell. Unfortunately, throughout our 5-night stay, the building continued to leak. Stepping over wet beach towels and dripping ceilings wasn't a pleasant sight to access first-floor elevators. The service and the staff were good. The food selection was overall good. The cleanliness of the hotel rooms was good.

This is my second year in a row that we stay at this all inclusive. Staff is second to none and truly go out of their way to make everything perfect. The restaurants are included and the food is amazing. The swim up bar and staff like Aston and Nicardo are the best. The kids enjoyed the pool, lazy river and slides very much. With that said the hotel needs some serious upgrades. This time there were leaks all over the inside of the property. Water caution signs everywhere. One of the elevators was down all week and made getting down from the seventh floor impossible. I will return if the upgrades and repairs are complete. If not it’s a shame. Thank you.

The service wasn’t personalized seems like you had to asking staff to assist you etc after being there for six days it was rough at time even with housekeeping not checking to make sure they had a working iron in the room I really think they need to work on customer service and getting requests done in a timely manner concierge was no help with my suitcases I had to put them in the taxi myself they were more concerned with getting the hand band off my hand

For this to be an Hilton property it’s not holding up to its standards. This resort is very outdated. It had 2 elevators with only 1 working to get to your room which is terrible ! I would not stay there again. Good staff but the resort conditions is not so good. I give this resort 3 stars at best ! Not worth your money.

I did not get to stay at this hotel. My son ended up catching pneumonia a week before the trip and had to be hospitalized for 6 days. I reached out to the hotel (didn’t get anyone and wasted an international call twice) and Expedia. Expedia even called the hotel and was unable to reach someone. Expedia asked me to call back but when I called back I didn’t even get a human being. This is sad because as a Hilton honors member I expected something better than the little I got trying to make changes to this reservation. Money down the drain. I’ll make sure not to book this hotel next time I go back to Jamaica.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Hilton Rose Hall we had an amazing time! From the moment we arrived we were treated like VIP! We were meet at the lobby entrance by Shane in which he welcomed us and made us feel like true guests! Next we were checked in by Sharlet who was amazing! She told us all about the different amenities and activities, she even told us about the dining in detail because we are foodies! She really got us excited for the next couple days of relaxation! We enjoyed all the staff tremendously but honorable mentions were definitely Sharlet, Shane and Jermaine! They made us feel like family and we will definitely be coming back to see them! Also the FOOD is amazing and authentic to Jamaica, the Oxtail the Curried Goat were exceptional! My son’s favorite part was the breakfast buffet and of course the water slide!!!! My favorite activity was the Catamaran ride the views were breathtaking and our captain made sure we had a great experience! I have nothing bad to say about the Hilton Rose Hall definitely a favorite of my family and I!

The hotel was about 15 mins from the airport. Armed guards kept the place safe. Staff was very respectful. Food was amazing

Resort was very family friendly, food was good. Cabana area was absolutely beautiful! One thing I will say is the service for the cabana is hit or miss. For the pricing of the cabana I would have expected more attention from staff. At times I would have to wait at least 40 minutes before someone would come By to order something. If the cabanas do not come with one specific server, then at least make sure that server doesn’t have to also serve so many other areas.
