This property was amazing!!! The bad reviews are coming from Stuck up old people. If you not trying to party RIU not for you go to the west side of the island. Staff was beyond amazing and the food was great. Thank you Riu palace for your hospitality. I will bed definitely be back

This is one of the more expensive resorts and I felt like the way they do the dining options are ridiculous . I was not. It told at check in that i had to hurry and book if I wanted to dine at restaurants I paid for. I wasn’t there for 6 hours and every restaurant was booked for the next 4 days. I went for an experience and did not expect to eat at a buffet the entire stay. I will definitely not book my clients here in the future,

Fantastic Experience at Riu Palace Jamaica! I recently stayed at Riu Palace Jamaica, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The resort is stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds, modern rooms, and breathtaking views of the ocean. The food was outstanding—there was a wide variety of dishes to choose from, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The à la carte restaurants were top-notch, and the buffet never disappointed. The pool areas were clean and relaxing, with plenty of loungers available. I also loved the swim-up bar—it was the perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing cocktail while soaking up the sun. The private beach was serene and provided a peaceful retreat for those wanting to unwind. The entertainment team did a fantastic job keeping guests engaged, with activities during the day and great shows at night. The resort also has access to Riu Montego Bay and Riu Reggae, which gave us even more options to explore. Overall, Riu Palace Jamaica is an amazing destination for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. This resort was very well kept and maintained. The rooms do need an update including mattress. Food was just okay. Staff was mostly friendly and accommodating.
