It's one of the oldest hotels in Monterrey but is clean and conveniently located. One of the minuses is that the kitchen closes at 10 pm and there is no room service available after that time. Also, no other restaurants are available in the area after 10 pm and one has to order food thru door-dash or other delivery services.

Carpet in hallway smelled very musty. Linens were dingy, stained and tattered. TVs don’t work, no fridge, no ice machines, request for ice are ignored.
