Property was nice it feels safe around the hotel. We were comfortable I only had a bit of trouble with the ac not getting cold and the towel’s in the shower having some hairs but other than that everything was great.

It’s a great place to stay, not in the commercial area of San Pedro but still close to everything. The rooms are very spacious, with easy access, cleanliness, and the quality you’d expect from a hotel like this.

Mi estancia Incluia desayuno y la de resepcion nos dijo que asta las 12 del medio dia dejavan de servir y bajamos alas 11 en punto y yano avia nada. Le comentamos ala de resepcion y nos comento que ella se equiboco porque era nueva !!! No nos dieron solocion las instalaciones estan muy bien pero el staff no es eficiente ni da soluciones. 👎👎👎

Great staff! Breakfast options were A . Room was clean. You can walk to nearby museum/park just be careful with traffic. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to the nearby shopping mall you just have to request it in the lobby. This area is safe! Great Mountain View’s from 18th floor. The pool is heated, spacious and has incredible views. Ubers are easily accessible. Hotel has a lobby before the main lobby where you can easily wait for Uber eats orders. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for a work trip and highly recommend! The location is great (but you can’t walk anywhere you must drive) and the views are spectacular! Parking and breakfast is free which was such a plus. The pool is warm and the lobby is a great place for a drink and they have live music Tue-Friday.
