The check in process was bad. The young lady at the reception was in a very bad mood and very little helpful. Her attitude was not nice. Plus the air-conditioning system was broken or centralized. Had a terrible and very HOT night. Very little sleep. I tried calling the reception and there was no phone in the room. The room was at 31º Celsius. Who can sleep in that heat? In the morning I reported the fact and the manager said that was impossible and that I should have called.
