We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house! Location, accommodations, communication all 💯 % on point. Our wedding venue was 2.5 miles away which made it very convenient to go back and forth. Kelli communicated quickly and clearly on any questions I had. Plenty of room for the wedding party, family and friends to sleep. I highly recommend this house for large gatherings or even small groups. Again, BEAUTIFUL home.

12 gentlemen ages 35-83 gather yearly for a friendly golf competition. This was a perfect place for all to gather and enjoy rehashing the days rounds of golf at the end of the day. Also, plenty of tv for watching the many various sporting events over the weekend. Looking forward to next year.

Amazing, spacious house in Montgomery!
We LOVED staying in Kelli & Ryan's house in Montgomery! It was spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and immaculate, and perfect for us, my daughter, the bride, and her groom and the whole wedding bridal party to all stay together! It was very well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, ample towels, soap/shampoo in the bathrooms, also! The beds were all quite comfortable, as well! Kelli is a very gracious host, and also very accommodating, and quick to communicate when we had questions about our stay! She even saved my daughter's bridal bouquet that we forgot to take with us, and some leftover cake we left in the fridge, and I picked it up a few days after we checked out! TOP NOTCH hosts! We would LOVE to stay here again, and will tell all of our friends about this fabulous property!

My daughter got married in the Conroe area and this house was the PERFECT place for the entire wedding party! The house accommodated everyone very comfortably and felt like a special vacation home. All the instructions for the house were clear and easy to follow. The hosts were wonderful to work with and always communicated in a timely manner. I would recommend this property to anyone with a large group!

16 golf buddies stayed in this VRBO and it was outstanding! Beautiful, clean, well stocked, and exactly or better than the photos in the listing. We rate this place Outstanding! I booked this place for a Ladies Retreat for 15 women of varying ages. It was the most perfect spot for this event. Everyone was able to spread out, the accommodations were perfect and the beds were super comfy. The property was beautiful. Everything you need for cooking was there. Thank you for having the extra fridge for the food overflow. I can't wait to stay here again.

Beautiful Property
We held a ladies retreat at this home and enjoyed our stay very much. Plenty of space to spread out and nice property to walk. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was pretty well stocked. There is not an ice machine and I may have missed that in the listing, but there is a store very close by to grab ice and keep in the freezer. Overall, it was a great property and we would happily stay again.
