Perheystävällinen loma-asunto
Tämän savuttoman loma-asunnon palveluihin kuuluu puutarha ja grillejä. Loma-asunnossa asiakkaiden käytössä on 3 makuuhuonetta sekä ilmainen Wi-Fi ja yksityinen aidattu piha. Asiakkaiden käytössä on yksityinen uima-allas sekä keittiö, jossa on jääkaappi ja uuni.
Ilmastoiduissa huoneissa on yksityinen uima-allas ja tallelokerot. Huoneessa on patio. Keittiöissä tai kettokomeroissa on jääkaappi, liesi, mikroaaltouuni ja erillinen ruokailualue. Kylpyhuoneista löytyy suihku, bidee ja hiustenkuivaaja.

Asiakkaat voivat surffata verkossa käyttämällä huonehintaan sisältyvää langatonta internetyhteyttä. Huoneissa on älytelevisio. Lisäksi huoneissa on kahvin-/teenkeitin ja silitysrauta/-lauta.

Seuraavat aktiviteetit ovat saatavilla joko paikan päällä tai sen lähistöllä, ja ne saattavat olla maksullisia.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee lähellä kohdetta Azienda Agrisole. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaille ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja yksityisen uima-altaan.

Amazing Property, close to everything
Want an Under the Tuscan Sun experience this is your place. Home is better than photos. The outside gardens and pools are immaculate and gorgeous. The home is gated and very secure. It has recently been renovated and has incredible architecture features like timber beams. The rooms are large, clean, and spacious. The bedrooms are comfortable and there are bathrooms for every bedroom. The AC works great. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you would need to cook in. The covered patio has a grill and outdoor table for amazing evening suppers. Centrally located to all Tuscany locations; we went to Pisa, Siena, Bolgheri, San Gigmignano , and Montecino. Nothing more than 2 hours to the house. Village has amazing restaurant and pizzeria less than 5 min drive. Grocery and shopping very close. Leonardo is an amazing host. Very responsive and informative. We cannot wait to return

Holiday in Tuscany
Fabulous villa in a beautiful location. Had a wonderful holiday and was able to travel to lots of nearby towns. Villa, gardens and pool were amazing and enjoyed by the whole family. Lying in the pool listening to cicadas and watching swifts and buzzards fly over was magical.

The property exceeded our expectations. It’s great mix of traditional construction with modern details and amenities. Wooden beams with USB ports on the wall. The pool was great and clean. We were never hot inside thanks to the air conditioner units all over the house. We had breakfast and dinners in the patio. Barbecued twice…in summary, the best Tuscan villa experience you could imagine. Thanks Leonardo!

Der Aufenthalt bei Lorenzo war super. Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum, top Ausstattung, unfassbar liebevoll mit viel Auge fürs Detail. Der Garten um das Haus herum ist herrlich, Rosen, Zitronenbäumchen und alle möglichen Kräuter - das steckt so viel Liebe und Arbeit drin❤️. Pool war auch klasse. Lorenzo ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Er hat am Tor auf uns gewartet, uns das Haus gezeigt und war immer für Fragen zu erreichen. Zusammengefasst: könnten wir mehr Sterne geben, würden wir das tun!

Wonderful property to enjoy the best of Tuscany!
My family enjoyed a week staying at this beautiful property. Such a wonderful peaceful location and only a short walk/drive to the charming village of Montopoli. We loved the gardens and swimming pool, and the property is well set up with everything you need. Leonardo is a wonderful host and communicating with him was an absolute pleasure. Highly recommend this property as a base for exploring this beautiful part of Italy!

A Perfect Oasis for a Relaxing Holiday!
We had an absolutely wonderful and relaxing holiday at this stunning vacation home! The house exceeded all our expectations and the check-in process was incredibly quick and easy. Perfect
This is the best house we’ve ever rented in italy, by far; - Very clean - Very spacious, beautifully finished and maintained but above all very comfortable (superbly quiet A/C, beds that are suitable for tall people and so are the showers, well equipped kitchen etc etc.) - Surrounded by a beautiful and very well maintained garden, with a crystal clear pool, which is great during hot days - Most Tuscan highlights (Firenze, Lucca, Pisa, San Gimignano, beaches etc etc) can be reached within an hour by car - Nice restaurants and supermarkets within a 15 min radius - Very quiet environment (there are neighbors both left and right of the house but these are very quiet people, so no need for concerns about screaming, parties, loud music or whatsoever). - Paved and smooth access roads, so no 4WD required, a normal car will get you there ;-) - As already mentioned in other reviews, the house looks even better in real life than it does on the pictures. And last but not least, Leonardo is the best host you could wish for; a very friendly and helpful guy, who is fluent in English and will do anything required to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We will definitely return!

The perfect stay
A stunning, beautifully decorated property that was the perfect base for exploring northern Tuscany. We travelled to so many different places including Pisa, Florence, San Miniato, Pistoia, Volterra, Vinci, San Gimignano and more! The hosts Leonardo and Barbara gave us a useful guide packed full of so many places and things to do. We'd highly recommend Rose and Rosemary house to anyone looking for a stay in Tuscany, be it a peaceful relaxing break or exploring the wonderful Tuscany region.

Amazing property with views to swoon over
Leonardo was an amazing host and made us feel very comfortable. The pictures do not do this property justice. The house and views are stunning and made for a very comfortable stay. The town is very cute and just a 10 minute drive away we found a grocery store and other amenities. We would definitely recommend staying with Leonardo and his wife.

An absolute gem in the Tuscan Hills
This was our first holiday in 6 years and it certainly delivered. Leonardo the owner and his wife were very kind to let us check in early and showed us around. The house was immaculate and beautifully furnished. The views are to die for. The AC was also very welcome! When we arrived the pool sadly needed cleaning due to a storm but Leonardo went out of his way to buy my daughter a paddling pool whilst it finished cleaning. He is very thoughtful. 2 days later we were enjoying the pool and the house. There are some great little restaurants in the nearest village of Montopoli. We also used the train nearby to go to Pisa (30 mins) and were able to drive to some of Tuscanys finest towns and villages. We went to Licca, Volterra and San Gimignano all within an hour. There are lots of supermarkets within a 10 15 min drive too if you want to stay in and relax. This was honestly the best place I've ever stayed and I cannot recommend it enough. Thank you Leonardo and your family!

Idyllisches Haus in strategisch toller Lage
Das Haus ist wunderschön. Sauber, riesiges Grundstück mit Pool, sehr ruhig. Die Lage ist ideal, wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht, auch zum Meer und waren überall in 1/2 - 1 Stunde Fahrt. Ein Auto ist allerdings unverzichtbar, weil das Haus sehr abgelegen liegt. Zum Haus gehören auch zwei ganz entzückende Katzen.

Stunning villa in a beautiful area of Tuscany
To start with, the photos don't do this beautiful property full justice. We were all blown away when we arrived as it really is so thoughtfully designed and immaculately maintained. We were greeted on arrival by the owners who were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Communication with the owners was quick and easy - all queries answered and any minor issues resolved quickly. The location is quite remote but we knew this and appreciated the peace and quiet with stunning views from the back across the hills and forest. Small village nearby (very narrow roads if you're driving) and decent supermarket just a 10 minute drive away. Train station also very handy for getting to Florence or other nearby towns. Bedrooms were well equipped with comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms, kitchen had everything we needed, table tennis, swimming pool, loungers, outside seating : all just fabulous. Really cannot fault the place. We had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend. Thank you Leonardo & Barbara

Outstanding villa and pool
The villa has been decorated to the highest standard and is extremely comfortable and well equipped. The pool is great and is down some steps with a gate, making it very safe if you had children. Leonardo was very helpful and there is a useful book of places to visit in the area which he has compiled. There are restaurants in the local village and a nearby supermarket. It was wonderful - we will be back!

a fantastic stay
From an great welcoming (even though we came a bit late), to a majestic house in sunny Tuscany - it was a wonderful stay. Newly renovated, AC all over the house, good equipment in the kitchen, modern TV and a nice pool to relax in the sun. Very peacful surroundings with only the sound from the chicadas We can really recommend this house to other guests!
