The hotel is at a good location, near the shopping street and metro. Due to the location, it is very noisy and the heat started often and is so loud that it was waking us up all night. Important to note that the hotel doesn’t have a parking

This is a good value hotel in the heart of downtown Montreal. It's a short walk to the Metro (green and orange lines) as well as shopping and dining. The room was clean and well appointed with coffee maker, mini fridge, and TV. I'd selected a small room, so it was only a shower stall, no tub in tiny the bathroom. There was some water damage to the walls in the bathroom, but otherwise everything was in good shape. The carpeting in the lobby could do with a deep clean or replacement as it had a bit of a musty odor.

The hotel was the perfect spot as we were going to an event at the Bell Centre. However, the guy next door to us kept us up most of the night with loud music. The walls are paper thin. The next morning I noticed stains on the corner of the sheets that the housekeepers just tucked in to hide it.
