It's a wonderful hotel. The best pool in the city. Roof top an heated, hot tub an sauna. Nothing better on a Frigid night. Customer service is outstanding. The breakfast buffet is great. Good location connection to the underground city an metro. Great parking set up. Francois on the front desk is very accommodating.

We traveled to Montreal with our teen children. The hotel was beautiful, the service at checking in was terrific, the outdoor pool was fun, breakfast was excellent! The hotel has self parking and is a perfect location to walk to attractions, shopping and great restaurants. I highly recommend!

The area surrounding the property was quite fine. Lots to see and do. Our first room had a broken ceiling panel and light fixture hanging with exposed wires. There were no bathrobes in the room. We opted to switch rooms. While in the new room, there was a party in rooms surrounding ours with loud music. Nothing was done about it after a noise complaint at 3am. There were no bathrobes in the new room. There was a broken hot tub and no one to manage the pool/hot tub area - Many times there would be upwards of 15-20 people trying to crowd themselves into the hot tub with limited seating and a recommended time limit. Same with the sauna, parents allowed children to treat it like a toy and it was barely able to maintain a temperature. Extra staff to manage these would be great.

We stayed for the New Year holiday and were overwhelmed by the amount of children running free up and down the hallways at 7am. There was very little peace am d quite unfortunately throughout the 3 day stay. The pool and spa were overly crowded and we were unable to enjoy it. The bar has an aweful espresso Martini that was very disappointing. We will not stay here again mainly because we do not have children.
