Hiekkaa ja surffaa kotona upeat näkymät

Kodin remontti on valmis 28.4.2018. Kuvia kotona lähetetään tuolloin. Koti on hiljattain remontoitu kaakelisuihkulla, graniittikabinulla, uusilla huonekaluilla. Siinä on suuri kannen näköala merelle. Yksikkö on kaupunkitalo ja tämä on ylempi osa. Alempi yksikkö on myös vuokrattavissa. Yksikkö on täysin kalustettu. Siinä on kolme makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta. Keittiö on täysin varusteltu ja pesukone ja kuivausrumpu tarjotaan.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi keittiön ja 2 kylpyhuonetta.

Rental was in a great location , beach and area was awesome. The only slight and I say slight problem was we could not see the lockbox at night and had some issues getting in . The numbers are all very hard to make out and there’s very little light.

Awesome house at Atlantic Beach
The house was all ready for our vacation . The house is spotless , it is bright and cheery . We enjoy sitting out on the deck and looking at the ocean. Kim provides everything from beach chairs to night lights!! There was plenty of room for the four of us . We appreciate that it is dog friendly . The house is a just a block from shops and a great donut shop!!

Perfect location
We had a great time at this cozy little cottage. (That's what we called it! 🙂) Kim was great about answering all our questions and the mattress we slept on was wonderful! I think there were people in the downstairs unit, but never heard them. Loved that we could grill, hang out on the deck, and could see the ocean. We absolutely would stay there again!

Very Clean and Allows Pets!
We stayed in the upstairs cottage. Everything was very clean. Although I have a pet, I'm always weary of what I'm walking into when a place allows pets. There was no evidence of previous pets which was nice. Bathrooms were clean! The owner allowed us to check in early with no problems. I reached out to her once before the stay and once on our way in, and she was very quick to respond. The deck is large and spacious with four Adirondack chairs and two benches. Plenty of space to keep your beach chairs/wagon and still sit around with your family and friends. And you are directly across from a well maintained beach access. The only con is there needs to be hooks to hang towels. I had to hang my bath towel on a hanger in the closet to allow it to dry. So if you happen to have an over-the-door hanger or command hooks you may want to bring them.

Super-cute beach house with a great ocean view from deck, living room, and kitchen windows. Clean and freshly painted with fun beach decor. Just steps to public beach access. Kim was great. Very positive and responded quickly to our questions. Pet friendly area. Walking distances to fun restaurants. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location
This is second time we have stayed at this cute little beach house. The location is more than perfect, the host Kim is so friendly and flexible. We even got a discount on the rental since we have rent her property before. Our only complain is the mattresses in both bedrooms need be replaced, they have zero support and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Nice three bedroom unit located directly across from the beach access! Lovely beach with lively ocean. We would definitely come again. One minor issue: code for lock box was incorrect. The owner resolved it quickly.

This unit is clean and well-organized/appointed. It sits on top of another rental unit, and those tenants can affect your stay (if they are loud or smoke). Sits in a surfer corner near town of Atlantic Beach. Can see ocean from deck. Primary bedroom mattress should be replaced (can feel springs). Otherwise adorable (small) unit.

The location is next to perfect.
Great little get away in this 3 bedroom and 2 bath upstairs. A little damage to 2 blinds and master bedroom door. Bathrooms were updated. Owner kept in touch quickly when I had questions. A little expensive for 2 nights but so was everywhere else I looked.

Short weekend beach visit
This rental was perfect for our family of four. Everyone had their own space to enjoy. The kitchen was well stocked without the need to bring extra likes coffee filters or detergents. The location was excellent with less than a minute walk to the beach. Favorite part was reading in the deck in the morning listening to the ocean!
