Morehead-mökki järven rannalla

Tämä mökki on 3 minuutin päässä Cave Run -järvestä, joka on hieno retkeilyyn, pyöräilyyn, veneilyyn, melontaan, kalastukseen, ratsastusta ja piknikille! Myös lähellä Moreheadin keskustaa paikallisille ostosmahdollisuuksille, ravintoloille ja museoille sekä Morehead State University (15 min).

Great Place!
We were in town for a wedding and family visit. Cabin was in a perfect location for us. We enjoyed the deck, fire pit, bbq. It was quiet and clean! Host communication was excellent. They even came and unlocked the door for us and gave us an extra hour to check out! Thank you so much for being great hosts!!

Perfect space for a family getaway.
The AC went out before we arrived and it was hot. We called owners and they were so quick to get out and check it. Unfortunately, the whole system had to be replaced, but they were as prompt as they could be with the situation.

A cozy home away from home
This was a nice, clean, cozy cabin in a great location! My husband and I and our adult kiddos stayed here for six days to attend our family's wedding in Owingsville. It was our first time staying in a VRBO rather than a hotel. It was such a great experience that I don't think we'll ever book a hotel again! A shout-out to the hosts: Thank you for sharing your place and making it such a pleasant stay. We look forward to booking it again!

Would not stay again
The cabin was big and roomy and perfect for our family of 6 , However there were roaches all over the place. When notified owner , they promptly responded and in agreement to exterminate and refund partial payment and weeks later we still haven’t received the refund and the morning after we were still finding live roaches . It’s too bad because the cabin its self and location was very nice .

Lovely cabin, nice amenities!
The kitchen was great for making substantial meals (with the grill, even better) and the fire pit was set up very nice. Having two full baths was a huge plus. Everything was nice and clean, all in working order. Loved it!

A wonderful little cabin in the woods. A well stocked kitchen and several different games. Also had fun checking out some of the unique artwork downstairs! We enjoyed driving around the lake, stopping several places to take pictures. We really enjoyed our time with friends.

This is the third year in a row my college friends and I have come to the cabin on the lake. We love the cabin so much. Becca and Susan are perfect hosts and so accommodating. The cabin is so comfortable and close to the lake and local restaurants. It’s so nice to be able to come back year after year and be together in Morehead where we all met.

The cabin was quiet and relaxing. We were all comfortable. The setting is what you expect for a cabin - it's on the woods complete with a fire pit and marshmallows. A nice deck, perfect fire morning coffee and reading.

Perfect...
This cabin was perfect for our stay. So close to the marina and hiking trails. This is a 2 story location. Steps to the kitchen level. Both floors with shower/toilet and bedroom. We love sitting outside listening to nature. Got to hear my owls! There are several games already there ranging in all skills and levels. Will definitely try to come back to this cabin again and again!!!
