Moderni, mutta viehättävä 1BR / 1BA -parvellamme parvi sijaitsee rakennuksen 2. kerroksessa ja näyttää lähellä olevista ravintoloista ja kaupoista. Rakennus on kunnostettu kokonaan vuonna 2019, jotta voidaan tarjota kaikki uusimmat mukavuudet ja modernit mukavuudet, samalla kun ne pysyvät uskollisina 1900-luvun rakennuksen viehätykselle. Alkuperäinen rakennus oli huumekauppa ja alatason sisäänkäynti laatta kohti W: tä. Union St. pysyy edelleen. Suite 201 tarjoaa täysin varustetun keittiön, suuren oleskelualueen, josta on etäisyys vuoristoon, iso kylpyamme suihkulla ja mukava king-vuode. Perfect!
Needed a comfortable place to stay for me and my wife while visiting family in town over the holidays. The apartment is so comfortable - especially the bed. The location made for convenient walking to the square and shops. The space was a nice oasis with all the creature comforts. Will definitely be renting again for future visits.

We had a great stay at the Drugstore Lofts! The apartment was clean and beautiful! Morganton was centrally located to Hickory, Asheville, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. We enjoyed a Friday night concert in Morganton’s central square. We will definitely stay again!

Just a few days… assistance at check in and customer service with the internet issue was really perfect. Make sure there is a good kitchen sponge available for dishes. Please kill that BIG SPIDER over the sink 😀. Really nice - hope to stay there again…

Nice studio apartment. Right downtown by restaurants and shops. Parking and entry in rear. Only issue was need to bring your own coffee machine as there was only a hard to work Kerrigan with almost no coffee.

First class decorating
I felt like I’d walked into a restoration hardware catalog. Very unique property , attention to details inside excellent. Well equipped in every way. Only negative is entrance area a bit run down, garbage totes steps from entry stairs. Smart key into unit a bit finicky, but in the end worked. (One other note: no cable/satellite as stated in description, means no “regular “ TV unless you have streaming account.)

Nice place, historical, right in heart of downtown
The process was easy. The building was historical and had nice local paintings decorating the hall and apartment. The apartment had most everything you would need - fridge, Keurig, oven and stove. I had no contact with the owner in person and she has a good system for check in and out. There was another tenant in the apartment across the lobby but we didn't see each other much. The floor in the hall is old so you do hear the other tenant coming and going but it was minimal. It was a great experience.

Beautiful condo & great location!
I was in town for a half marathon and wanted a place to relax where I could walk around downtown. This loft was so beautiful, well appointed, and comfortable! I will def stay again. I had a little trouble getting into the unit (user error - the instructions were perfect), and management got back to me asap and checked in on me later. Absolutely lovely trip!
