Ostimme huoneisto "off-suunnitelma" vuonna 2004 ja alkoi vuokrata ja käyttää sitä vuonna 2005. Sitä voidaan pitää tilava Ranskan Alppien standardit on kolme oikea makuuhuonetta. Kaikki vieraamme ovat yhtä mieltä tämä on todella mukava mukava asunto, mutta parasta on se läheisyys tärkeimmistä hissi ja aloittelijoiden laskettelurinne. Se on noin kahden minuutin kävelymatka hissi ja asunto istuu yläreunassa aloittelijoiden laskettelurinne. Olemme huolella valittu ja varustettu huoneisto, jossa kaikki mitä tarvitaan tällaisessa majoitusta. Tämä sisältää mukavat istuimet kuusi tai enemmän aikuisia, joka on hieman harvinaisuus tällaisissa paikoissa (vaimoni vaati sitä :-)). Siedettävä kerrosala on 45m ². Joka on hyvä hieman suurempi kuin useimmat ranskalaiset Ski asuntoja.

Huoneistossa on ilmainen Wi-Fi, astianpesukone, TV integroidulla DVD, uuni Rotisserie, mikroaaltouuni ja ruokailutila istuimet kuudelle. Olemme mukana kaikki tavanomaiset keittiökoneet kuten leivänpaahdin, kahvinkeitin, fondue asettaa jne. Kolme makuuhuonetta on yksi parivuode, kaksi singleä ja kaksi makuupaikkaa. Kylpyhuoneessa on todella hyvä voimakas suihku yli kylpy (runsaalla kuumalla vedellä) ja pesukone. WC on erillinen kylpyhuone. Myös kaksinkertainen vuodesohva oleskelutilassa mikäli sitä tarvitaan. Parveke tarjoaa ihana paikka ihailla laaksoon ja lastentarha rinnettä, jossa voit katsella vähemmän kokeneita jäseniä bileistä.

Asunto on aina lämmin ja kodikas, jopa ilman lämmityksen päälle. Olemme todella erityisesti varmistamisesta, huoneisto on tahraton vieraille joten odottaa todella korkea puhtaus. Voin taata sinulle on ihana oleskelua kumpi aika vuodesta jäädä meille.

Great location and nice Apartment
The price was great, a nice 3 bed apartment, the bedrooms are small but they are fine. Longe/kitchen is a great area. Little things like tea, coffee, sugar, bin bags, sauces, salt were really helpful. The location is really good, even with the lack of snow so we couldn’t ski to the door it was still only 50m to the lifts and ski school meeting place. Overall really happy with the apartment and would stay again. What I would say is the sofa was slightly broken and so I had to fix it so we could sit down properly, there were cobwebs and dust in all the non obvious places and it needs a new dustpan and brush as I had to beat the brush outside as it made more mess brushing up with it. But Bryan was very responsive and we would really stay again, very happy.

Appartement très bien situé et très agréable pour les familles.
Nous avons grandement apprécié la proximité avec le jardin d'enfants de l'ESF (Club Piou-Piou jusqu'à Ourson) sur lequel nous avions par ailleurs une très belle vue. Appartement très agréable en famille. Le fait d'avoir 3 vraies chambres était aussi un plus et nous a permis de réserver la pièce à vivre aux repas et aux activités de détente ensemble. Bien placé dans la station pour rejoindre les pistes à pied (les télésièges sont à deux minutes) ou à ski quand l'enneigement le permet.

Everything you need
Perfectly located, it is not the largest of apartments we have stayed in but it had everything we needed so who could ask for more. The benefit of 3 seperate bedrooms was a great plus. Free parking nearby a bonus. We cooked on a couple of nights and the kitchen was well equipped. Nice mix of English and French neighbours within this quiet block. That first chair lift is just across the road so you can sleep in and still get the first lift. Interesting Blue back at the end of the day or a cheeky Green that keeps moving through the trees if you are feeling tired, both landing you seconds from the front door. Would consider staying again.

A spacious apartment right on the slopes
With 3 proper bedrooms this apartment is also well kitted out for self caterers . We literally bumped our skis off the front door on one occasion its that close to the slopes. In the morning its either a 50 metre walk to the chair or ski down a short green and on to a bubble. It would work well for families as well as a groups. In addition the owner was great to deal with. No hesitation to recommend

Perfect stay in a wonderful apartment!
This was the second time we stayed in this wonderful apartment. Three bedrooms, so plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is very well equipped. I also liked the fact that there is a washingmachine, a dishwasher and a fast wifi connection. The apartment overlooks the ESF ski school and it is only a short walk to the lifts or the supermarket. The contact with the owner, Bryan, is also very pleasant. All in all a great stay, we will definitely be back!

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine. Appartement bien équipé, fonctionnel, bien situé . Parfait avec des enfants en bas âge, car proximité du club piou piou. On peut même les suivre du balcon 2 tout petits reproches: manque de rangement pour les petits objets (clés, forfaits, papiers) et l'ensoleillement tardif du balcon (fin d'après midi)

A fantastically located three bedroom property, ideal as a base for a ski holiday.
I stayed in this property with two friends, over the 2018/2019 New Year, meaning that we could each have a bedroom. These were well furnished and supplied with clean bedding. The bathroom was well sized with a large bath which was used each day after skiing. The water pressure was excellent and we never found ourselves wanting for hot water. A separate toilet is always desirable when sharing with friends. The kitchen was used most days to complete some form of cooking on either the hob, in the oven/grill or in the convection microwave. The smart TV, with DVD player attached, allowed us a wide range of entertainment options when staying in for the night. High speed internet allowed the teenager amongst us to stay connected to the outside world throughout the stay. The spacious balcony was not used a lot, due to the cold weather, however on New Years Eve it was a great place to see some of the fireworks going off in Les Esserts. With the main ski lift being about 50m from the ski storage it was an easy walk each morning to head off into the Grand Massif ski area. Beginners are very well catered for with the main beginners area a similar distance below the accommodation. Les Esserts has a good range of restaurants, bars and shops to visit after a hard day of skiing. The restaurants catered for the less adventurous patrons with a wide range of pizza and burger options, but also allowed the more adventurous to try out the many Haute-Savoire specialties this region is famous for. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the property and I will certainly be staying there again in the future.

Lovely apartment right by the ski slopes.
This apartment is ideally situated right by the nursery slopes and lifts. Well appointed and decent sized rooms for type of property. Kitchen area well equipped to make straightforward meals and table comfortably seats 6. Downstairs cave for ski storage. Great access to Grand Massif ski area and across to Flaine now the new lift has been opened. Less crowded, quiet resort compared to Samoens and Flaine. We were staying for a short break and there is enough in Morillon on an evening to keep you occupied. We went to both a straightforward pizza bistro and a more upmarket restaurant both good value for the region (nothing is cheap!) and friendly service.

Fantastic large apartment in a great location
This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment and yet agin it did not disappoint. The apartment is large with 3 PROPER bedrooms unlike other rentals in French ski resorts. The upgrades to the apartment this year( wifi and larger tv in the lounge) are a great added extra. The location to the chair lift is only a few metres walk with access to the whole of the grand massif ski area. A massive supermarket is a 5 min drive away but if you forget anything the supermarket in resort has everything you could want. It's nice to have a couple of restaurants and bars on your doorstep. This apartment is the best rental we have stayed in over the numerous years we have spent skiing and we will certainly be back.
