Hang out in the gorgeously updated kitchen and bar or relax on the soft, cozy leather couch in the den. Patio has a privacy fence and can be used almost year round. WiFi and smart TV if you need to work remotely or help keep kids entertained. Bedrooms are a decent size and bathrooms have been totally updated. Relax in a nice bath in either bathroom. I will have better pictures soon. These were taken with a phone while we were furnishing it to get it live. STR Permit – ST240180

We found the property to be close to everything we wanted to visit during our vacation. The property was clean and adequate for our needs, and while we were nervous about coming from a quiet little rural community, we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the neighborhood was! Affodable for the area
This rental is what is advertised, nothing more. Price was reasonable for location. Beds are squeaky, pillows are flat. Could use new of each. Lack of hand soap and toiletries which the host quickly remedied. The location is wonderful for ease of getting to everything. Walking distance to Shem Creek.

Overall loved it. Looks exactly as it shows on website. Very clean and decorated nicely. Lovely neighborhood, short drive to stores and restaurant's. Only negative is we needed an ironing board but didn’t find one and one of the guest beds was quite squeaky however would most definitely stay there again. Perfect for our little family 😊

Cute townhome within walking distance to Shem Creek. Nice private fenced brick patio out back, though not much seating. Has everything you need for a great stay in Mt. Pleasant. We would stay here again!

Just As Advertised!
My family enjoyed a weeks vacation in this rental which was perfectly suited for our needs. The neighborhood was great to walk our pup, take a run or walk to nearby businesses. The location was so easy to get everywhere we wanted to go - Charleston, Mt Pleasant, Sullivans Island, etc. So many tasty restaurants close by too. We had great communication with the host. The townhouse was nicely decorated with many little touches for a guest.

Great place to stay with or without a car. There’s a few doors that are very sticky or not locking at all, to include the downstairs bathroom. Towels, toiletries were in short supply for three women! There was an OVERWHELMING smell of must. Bathtub was VERY SLIPPERY. Very well supplied kitchen.

Enjoyed our stay in this well-located townhome. Home is a short trip to the beaches and Sullivan's Island. Minutes from shopping restaurants. Drove 1 mile to kayaking. The home was well stocked with towels, extra blankets, and toilet paper. Comfortable stay!

Great location just needed a few extras
Lack of hand towels, kitchen towels and Kleenex and tp was slightly irritating. Also two of the BRs had only shams on the pillows not pillowcases. The house was clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Great location for Daniel Island as well as Charleston proper. I was there with my daughter and SIL. Nice not to have to share a hotel room. Same cost for a week.

Clint Kelly is one of the nicest and most helpful owners we've met in ten years of renting with VRBO. He answered all my questions before we left home and came right over the first day and took care of a small problem. Because we were staying five weeks there were some extra things we needed. We gave him a list and bought everything we asked for. The house was very clean. The neighborhood is safe and pleasant. The location is excellent. Five to ten mi utes to Charleston, the beaches and Mt. P town center. There are several grocery stores, shops and restaurants nearby. You can practically walk to Aldi's, Trader Joes and the Mt. P Mall. Nico's and Pages Ocra Grill are very close. The house has parking for four cars which we needed because we had guests. If we come to Mt. Pleasant again, Clint's townhouse will be at the top of our list.
