We stayed for two nights exploring Shasta area. Good location, easy to find, close to freeway and the lake. Home was clean, has all necessities for comfortable stay.

Spacious comfortable home
This house was amazing. Very roomy and extremely comfortable with air conditioning and lots of places to just hang out and relax. All of the beds were very comfortable for our stay. Also having a garage was a big plus for us as we were in town for a local Datsun Roadster event and our little convertibles fit in there just perfect. We would definitely stay there again.

Mount Shasta is our end of summer go to spot. This place was the perfect distance from downtown. Easy walk to great food and crystal shops. If I don’t buy a home this year in the area, I’ll come back here!

Our Ski Trip
The whole process was very easy to check in and out. Location is great and close to skiing. The house was very clean with plenty of amenities. Mark the owner was responsive and came by to fix a few things. The next day he also came and rescued us with a snow plow and cleared out the whole driveway of snow!

Surprise Snowy Getaway
My family decided to take a last minute trip to Mount Shasta to see my husband's grandparents. I found this listing right away. The pictures are accurate. It snowed while we were here. The house is in the middle of a cul de sac. My kids were able to play outside where I could see them. It was great. Pros: Basically right downtown (close to everything) Fenced yard (It's bigger in person) Grill on the deck with plenty of propane Washer and Dryer (there was already detergent) Tons of extra towels and bedding The beds are comfortable! The house was already warm when we arrived Cons (in my opinion) The kitchen and living room are upstairs so it is really noisy in the bedrooms There are no safety gates on the stairs (Luckily my 2 year old was pretty good about it, but I wouldn't trust a crawler or new walker) Overall our stay was excellent! I would love to book here again the next time we come to Mount Shasta.

Beautiful clean place to stay!
This place was super clean!!! Lisa was very responsive and on top of it. The beds were comfy and being able to park in the garage was a big plus. The location is also great close to everything we needed. We were 7 adults with plent of space, to enjoy our stay.

Wonderful rental but extremely difficult to get regular channels on the TV. Had to use our own streaming from our IPhone. Other networks could be accessed but no channel guide and the remotes lacked channel input

Property is located within walking distance to downtown. It is clean n well maintained. Host is accommodative n flexible. When we requested to check out at 11 am instead of 10 am, she is ok with it. The only setback is the piping system whereby when u showered or flush, the whole can hear it especially the 3rd room

Felt like a house not townhouse
We loved staying here. It felt like a home not a townhouse. The beds were very comfortable, right down the street from a great coffee shop, and I spoke with the owner and they were super friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
