Mountaintop 2-bedroom cabin with outdoor soaking tub, Starlink, firepit, hammock

Come unwind at our mountaintop cabin! Whether it’s the soaking tub on the back of our porch, the hammock or swing, our giant firepit, or the big comfy bed in the loft, you’ll want to sit, sip, snuggle and tell tall tales as the sun sets and the stars come out. Second small bedroom doubles as an office. A gas stove twinkles inside while an antique spiral staircase adds elegance. Fully-equipped kitchen, laundry, and Starlink to provide tip-top connectivity. We’re kid friendly and dog positive too!

King-sized bed in the loft, a separate bedroom with a daybed that extends to two single beds, as well as a couch and chaise lounge downstairs that could work for your young 'uns. Office set up with Starlink internet. Full-sized and fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor barbeque grill. Washing machine and drier at your disposal. We provide wood for the firepit, though you're welcome to bring your own too. Gas stove in the main room as well as air-conditioning in the summer swelter.

Guests have access to everything on the property except the storage shed, the closet containing cleaning supplies for our cleaner, and the locked storage areas under the deck.

We will be available over text and through VRBO to help with any questions during your stay. We may be in the local area, at our other place in Harper's Ferry, just in case you need anything, but we do not normally come to the cabin while you're there unless you have an issue that needs our personal attention.

Our highspeed Starlink internet makes this a perfect place to get out of the city and work remotely.

Cardinal Drive is a gravel road about 1 mile in length, with several steep parts. We navigate it daily with a Toyota Prius, so although there are some rougher patches, it is drivable. Entry from the highway passes between several horse paddocks. The horses are not ours and, though you can certainly say hello to them from a distance, the owners ask that they not be fed or petted.
