The house in the charming Maxen is about 10 km from Dresden.

The spacious garden plot (fenced dog-safe) of about 750 m² in size is located in the outskirts of town. The property is bordered to the rear by fields, to the front there is a very beautiful view of the beautiful Saxon Switzerland. Next to the bungalow you will find a garden pavilion with seating. There is also a garage on the property. A pool is right in front of the winter garden. It has the dimensions 4.50 m x. 3.00 m at a water depth of approximately 1.60 m.
There is plenty of room for two people. The bedroom is equipped with enough cupboards and two single beds 90 x 200. A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and the spacious conservatory make your vacation perfect.

There is a modern LED TV-SAT system as well as a video and DVD recorder so that you can pass the time with the extensive video and DVD collection in bad weather.

Gelungene Reise
Die Unterkunft hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Grüne Landschaft, wohin man schaut. Dresden kann man mit den Auto gut erreichen. Leider war das Wetter in den Zeitraum meiner Reise sehr schlecht. Aber 3 Tage konnte ich den Pool nutzen. Ein tiefer und zum Schwimmen für mich ausreichender Pool. Nur die Haus-Nr.41A war nicht so leicht zu finden. Aber ansonsten alles gut.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Sehr saubere und ruhige Unterkunft. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Voll eingezäunt - der Hund musste nicht ständig beobachtet werden. Allerdings hat der fehlende Bürgersteig an der Straße direkt vor dem Ferienhaus die "Gassigänge" etwas getrübt.

Wir mieten 1-3 mal pro Jahr ein Ferienhaus und dieses sortieren wir vergleichsweise im Mittelfeld ein. Ausreichend gross für zwei Personen, schön angelegter Garten mit kleinem Pool und Wintergarten, tolle Lage. Die Einrichtung ist sehr zweckmässig, insbesondere die Küche könnte etwas sauberer sein, die Vermieterin gerne etwas „kommunikativer“.

Ideale Unterkunft für Menschen mit Hund
Wir reisten mit unseren drei Labrador-Mädels und einem Teckel-Mädchen an. Da unser Dackel gerne mal die Gegend selbstständig erkunden geht, war es uns wichtig, dass das Grundstück eingezäunt ist. Tatsächlich hat unsere kleine Ausreißerin keine Lücke im Zaun gefunden, alles war ausbruchssicher.

Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub während der Weihnachtsfeiertage in der schöne Umgebung sehr genossen. Wer Ruhe sucht, findet diese hier auf jeden Fall. Die Ferienwohnung ist zwar eher rustikal eingerichtet, jedoch der Wohlfühlfaktor lag bei uns sehr hoch. Das Objekt bietet alles was man braucht. Besonders schön fanden wir den Wintergarten und das unser Hund im abgeschlossenen Grundstück sich frei bewegen konnte.

Ein ganz tolles Ferienhaus
Wir haben in der Zeit vom 07.03.-12.03.2019 dieses tolle Ferienhaus bewohnt und möchten hier unsere absolute Empfehlung aussprechen. Das Haus ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt,sehr sauber und gemütlich und der Kontakt zu Frau Krimmling war äußerst unkompliziert und sehr nett! Unser Neufundländer fühlte sich in dem traumhaft angelegten,parkähnlichen und sehr gepflegten Garten sehr wohl. Im Sommer muß es dort wunderschön sein. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und vor allem die Betten bzw. die Matratzen waren von sehr guter Qualität und nicht so durchgelegen wie man das gerne von anderen Ferienhäusern kennt... Im Wohnzimmer konnten wir uns dank der umfangreichen DVD-Sammlung,vielen guten Büchern und der gemütlichen Couch selbst bei Regen ein paar schöne Stunden machen. Eine Liste mit den wichtigsten Adressen sowie Ausflugsmöglichkeiten ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Die Entfernung nach Dresden sowie in die sächsische Schweiz beträgt je eine halbe Stunde. Liebe Frau Krimmling,Sie sind eine grandiose Vermieterin,die wirklich an alles gedacht hat was man als Ferienhaus-Mieter braucht und gerne hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub, selbst für unsere "Angsthäsin" (Hündin). Wir erfrishten uns in den sehr sauberen Pool und unsere Hündin in ihrem Hundepool. Ruhig, klein aber fein, netter Kontakt
Schönes kleines Ferienhaus, mit tollem Wintergarten und gepflegtem Garten mit toller Blütenpracht. Der dazugehörige Pavillon lädt zum relaxen ein. Der Pool ist zwar nicht der größte, aber sehr sauber, allerdings war er noch im Mai zu kalt, um darin zu baden Schön ruhig, um sich mal vom Alltagsstress wirklich entspannen zu können. Sehr gut gelegen, sodass man die Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie Bastei, Dresden etc. schnell mit dem Auto erreicht. Das Ferienhäuschen ist für zwei Personen sehr zu empfehlen.

Bereits zum wiederholten Male gebucht, auch diesmal ganz wunderbar.
Das Haus ist einfach ausgestattet, verfügt aber über alles, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist traumhaft schön und idyllisch, dennoch ist man sehr schnell in Dresden und hat eine gute Anbindung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr unkompliziert und freundlich, es gibt keinerlei Beanstandungen. Wir werden mit Sicherheit auch künftig wieder dieses Haus buchen.

Absolute Erholung
Das Häuschen ist klein, aber fein. Es war alles sehr sauber, ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Der Garten war natürlich eine absolute Ruheoase, auch mein Hund hat immer wieder ein schönes Schattenplätzchen gefunden, für uns war der Pool zur Abkühlung perfekt. Super geeignet um einfach mal abzuschalten und zu enstpannen. Immer wieder gerne!

Ideal für Naturfreunde
Wir sind mit zwei Hunden angereist. Das Haus ist für zwei Personen (und Hunde) ideal, mitten in der Natur gelegen und dennoch nahe bei Dresden. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber durchaus ausreichend. Den schönen Swimmingpool konnten wir aufgrund der Jahreszeit wetterbedingt leider nicht nutzen, im Sommer muss es ganz fantastisch sein. Mit Elektroheizkörpern für jeden Raum konnten wir das Haus selbst bei dem feucht-kalten Wetter problemlos angenehm heizen. Wer also kein Luxusobjekt erwartet, ist in dem Haus bestens aufgehoben. Der Kontakt mit den Vermieter war einwandfrei und unproblematisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
