Stayed 2 nights, hotel was overall really nice but the room was dated. Shower drained really slow and kept getting jammed. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Staff were mostly good - some went above and beyond at jyra, others seemed disinterested. Staff were overly desperate for 5 star reviews- sr management needs to realize that’s a tacky strategy for a hotel like this.
