Property was as described and worked well for our group of three. Good location near the train station, area somewhat noisy in evening, but quiet at night. Firm mattresses. Did not use parking. Showerhead was broken.

Lovely property, nice room. However could use with a light in the ceiling as the bedroom was quite dark unless you turned on a the lamps in the room and opened the curtains. Breakfast was okay, cold food was great, what was suppose to be hot food was cold every day.

A basic, budget hotel in a Turkish neighborhood blocks from the central train station. Our bathroom sink stopper wouldn’t pop up…noted to desk at 4:00 PM, not addressed when we left next morning.

The Maison Schiller was an oasis in a very busy ethnic city center. A Boutique European hotel, rooms nicely prepared. The facility, staff, and rooms were great - no issues. Staff always willing to help, answer questions, and make suggestions. Family always felt safe. It could be noisy and crowded at night, but I contributed that to being there during Oktoberfest. An easy walk to the old city, the train station, restaurants, or the Wiesn. Would use again!

Excellent Stay
My wife and I booked our stay at a great price for Oktoberfest. The hotel is within fifteen minutes of both the train station and the fairgrounds, and was easy to navigate to and around. Our privacy was well-respected, cleanings were done well and on time when requested, and the staff were helpful. The room appeared to have been updated relatively recently and was very comfortable, with both a fridge and a safe. Wifi was free, reliable, and easy to access. It is a busy part of the city, so things were occasionally a bit loud outside at night, but nothing too extreme. Plus, we were able to watch some of the parades from our window. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

So, 1. This hotel is in front of a bunch of strip clubs. It's not a quiet neighborhood, even though the hotel itself was nice enough looking. My problem with this hotel was their dishonestly and unwillingness to reimburse me for allowing their cleaning people into my room and either stealing or throwing away a bag of brand new items. I had bought souvenirs and legos, and had left them in the room (which was very tight), and gone out touring for the day. We left the "Do Not Disturb" sign on (they tried to blame me that I used the wrong side, but having accidentally done that the day before, I double and triple checked that morning). The next day when we checked out, I noticed our missing bag and immediately notified the hotel. We looked, they checked the trash, they called the cleaning service, but in the end, my bag was gone. It was their responsibility, in my opinion, to reimburse me for someone coming into my room without permission, and then for throwing away my property. I have emailed, called, and emailed again. They almost acknowledge wrongdoing, but refuse to make the situation right. Do not stay here, and if you do, make sure to get some kind of insurance - they are not honest brokers.
