Remontoitu vuoristoalue, josta on näkymät Hiawasse-järvelle ja joelle, jossa on (suljettu kausittain, riippuen vuokrauspyynnöistä niin myöhään kuin lokakuussa), lämmitetty uima-allas (lievästi lisämaksu lämmöstä tarvittaessa), upeat näkymät sisä- tai ulkopuolelta ja useita tuhansia neliöjalkaa betoni- ja puukalusteiden ansiosta tämä ominaisuus on loistava loma. Vuodepaikkoja voi majoittua korkeintaan 10 vuoteen, ja saatavilla on ylimääräinen deluxe-räjähdyspatja. Lapsille suositellaan kahta erillistä vuodetta. Tiukka 10 aikuiselle.

Keskeisellä paikalla 1 kilometrin päässä Murphyn keskustasta, jossa on useita herkullisia ravintoloita, 4. 4 kilometriä äskettäin rakennetulle Harrah's Casino -hotellille ja alle tunnin ajomatkan päässä Nantahala Gorge -luonnonlaskuasemalle, jossa on vetoketjut. Hauskaa 5-vuotiaille.

Relaxing, Tranquil Getaway
My husband and I really enjoyed our weeklong stay at "Catus Cabin". The overall views and sunsets are truly amazing! The home is very nice! We grilled, swam in the private pool, hung out by the firepit, saw so much wildife, and just chilled. It was perfect! We also went into downtown Murphy, NC for some local eats and shopping. Nice place to visit!!

My family and I recently stayed at this amazing Vrbo home in Murphy, NC, and it was an unforgettable experience. This was our annual family vacation, and it was a huge success thanks to this wonderful property. The property itself was stunning, with breathtaking views that we enjoyed every day. The house was impeccably clean, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The amenities were top-notch. We loved spending time in the hot tub and the secluded pool, which provided a perfect place to relax and unwind. The home was very comfortable, with cozy beds and well-maintained furniture that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the serene and peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect getaway from our busy lives, and we felt completely rejuvenated by the end of our stay. We enjoyed exploring the charming town of Murphy, which had plenty to offer. One of the highlights of our trip was the whitewater rafting adventure on the Nantahala River – it was the best we've ever experienced! Our gracious host, Scott, was incredibly responsive and helpful, easily reachable via the VRBO app, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our vacation. If you're looking for a relaxing and comfortable retreat with fantastic views and great amenities, I highly recommend this Vrbo home in Murphy, NC.

Amazing Place
This is a very peaceful and comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed the heated pool, fire pit and having our morning coffee out on the deck overlooking the lake. Lots of wildlife including a baby deer 20 feet from the porch. Communication with Scott was good. The outdoor furniture is outstanding and comfortable. We are already thinking about our next trip. The Perfect Place to Disconnect
This was a wonderful place to stay with family. Our teens and nine year old loved it. We had plenty of room in the home to have alone time from one another and more than enough activities to do with eachother. The pool and hot tub was absolutely perfect we enjoyed soaking under the sunsets and stars every night. Our host was quick to respond and considerate of our needs. The kitchen was stocked well, we didn’t have to purchase any spices at all! We took a drive to the Tallullah Gorge State Park and Helen GA to explore since we were only about an hour away. We loved our stay!

The views of the mountains were stunning. We also were treated to an eagle flying over the property almost daily, and a herd of 7 deer came to the neighbors in the morning and evening to eat the corn they would put out. The property was in a neighborhood with one lane roads so be sure to go slow. The house was perfect for the 5 adults and the weather warmed up so we were able to use the pool without the heater. My husband went on a charter fishing trip with an area guide and caught big stripers. We walked the Murphy Riverwalk, kayaked the river, enjoyed steak dinner at The Chop House and pizza buffet at Downtown pizza (great salad bar). We'll definitely stay here again of we come back to the area. Thank you Scott for being a great communicator and having your property on VRBO.

We enjoyed our stay. The deck was awesome and the views even better. Not far from town and the road wasn’t bad getting there. Loved the rocking chairs and swing on the deck. Had our meals utilizing the picnic table. The walk to the lake is a little hard for a couple of them that tried it, but we didn’t come for that. Master bedroom is very nice.

Great motorcycle staging place
The house was outstanding. Easy place to get to, although the last quarter mile is tricky if you are on a bike and haven't been there before. We did not use the pool or hot tub, although on reflection wish I had paid for use of the tub. The little town of Murphy, literally next door, was a great place to eat and meet new people. We ate at a different place every day with no issues. I cannot say anything bad about the house because it is/was a great place to stay! If I come back to Murphy in the future, I will be looking to see if this place is available!

Spectacular View/Family Friendly
The home is just 7 minutes from downtown Murphy. The home was very clean and sufficiently stocked. Being cold we didn't use the pool but loved having nightly fire and the hot tub and treasured the view of the river. Only struggle due to the colder temperature was the kids froze in basement and didn't like it down there along with having to use a space heater in the Master suite. I'm guessing it would be easier to regulate in the summer. Owner and property manager responded quickly to our questions. We had a wonderful Christmas in the mountains! Tips: Order Ingles curbside pickup for groceries. Murphy River Walk is a wonderful hike along the river. Parson Pub has great Shepards Pie and Crafted Dough has great coffee and boozy drinks. Fun town, beautiful area, and this is a great house to enjoy while in the area.
