Charming Bear Paw mökki upealla näköalalla Lake Hiwassee

Tämä oli padonpäällikön kotipaikka, jossa vieraat kuten presidentti Roosevelt jäi vieraillessaan Hiwasseen patoon. Vuosia myöhemmin Navy Seals pysyttelivät talossa, kun he olivat harjoittaneet alueella.

Ostimme ja Hilltop koska sen upea näköala järvelle ja vuorille. Lisäsimme makuuhuoneen ja 2 uutta kylpyhuonetta, jotka sopivat hyvin perheellesi. Nyt se on 4 makuuhuonetta ja 3 kylpyhuonetta! Se sijaitsee vuorenhuipulla Bear Paw: n porteilla, Hiwassee-järvellä. Se on kävelymatkan päässä tenniskentät, uima-allas, koripallokenttä, lasten leikkipaikka ja kalastus lampi. Lähistöllä sijaitsevassa venesatamassa on veneitä vuokrattavissa.

Ihana mökissä on kaikki mitä tarvitset rauhalliseen lomailuun. Graniittityylisillä varustettu keittiö on valmis ruoanlaittoon. Löydät kaiken mitä tarvitset ruoan valmistukseen ja tarjoiluun. On neljä makuuhuonetta 2 tuplaa, 2 kuningattaret ja kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Mökissä on langaton internetyhteys, joten sähköpostisi tarkistaminen on helppoa. Suuri kuisti kuisti tarjoaa ihanteellisen paikan juoda aamukahvia tai katsella auringonlaskua järven yli. Kuistissa on upea maatilan pöytä suurta ateriaa ja nautintoa varten. Tämä on perheystävällinen talo, jossa on kirjoja lukea ja pelejä pelata. Tervetuloa tutustumaan "pieneen taivaaseen".

FAVORITE STAY IN A TRADITIONAL FAMILY VACATION IN BEAR PAW NC
This house has become our favorite stay place in our 47 year traditional family vacation. Easy access, great property manager, ample room for our part of the family group. Well equipped, with internet/ wifi and streaming TV, all the kitchen utinsels one could possibly hope for. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great Place to spend time.
The screened in porch is fantastic! Great view, large porch, many comfortable rocking chairs. A really nice congregation spot, with a table and chairs to eat meals at. Beds were comfortable throughout. And if there is one thing you never have to worry about it is you will have all the bath towels you will need! We had our family reunion at Bear Paw resort, all 48 of us, and the houses are reasonably close together. Thus, it lends itself to hosting such a gathering. Our host, Bruce, was always available, and super easy to work with.

Great family vacation in spite of the rain
Our 46th annual family vacation to Bear Paw was a great time. We had some great lake time, but heavy rains during the week shortened the normal. That made the location of our stay important, and the Hilltop Cabin was perfect for family time during the rainy periods.

Very happy with our stay. View from the large screened porch was great. House was one the old Bear Paw houses, but it was comfortable, well maintained, and the appliances/ furnishings were excellent.

Over Christmas Holidays
We very much enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. The porch had a beautiful view, but would have enjoyed it more if the outdoor heater had been working. Overall, very nice stay with great accomodations.

The family and I had a wonderful time. The accommodations were beyond what I expected. We had plenty of room and the location to the lake was impeccable. There was a concert Saturday night within walking distance, but you couldn't hear it at the cabin. How about that!

Everything was amazing!
Our family, including my father, traveled to Fort Benning to watch our son graduate basic training and then spent a few days vacationing at the hilltop. The home itself exceeded what my expectations were and we all enjoyed our stay, The porch area was a family favorite to relax on, it our dinner on and the view was perfect from the porch. The kitchen was well stocked and the kids had a great time eating snores off if the fire pit. Mrs. Banks was always very helpful in answering all of my questions and was very accommodating. My father who has not traveled in 16 years is already talking about how he can go back! It was a great time for all of us ages 3 to 72!!

Better Than the Pictures
My family of four (plus our four legged family member) loved this house. Rented it for a short weekend trip in February. Warning: it may get super foggy at night and there are some wild curves getting there. But the house and the area surrounding it are just lovely. Great view. Kitchen is well stocked. Also, the TV/entertainment system has gotten a significant upgrade. Very good. Will definitely look at this house again if we come back to the area.
