Olemme äskettäin toteuttaneet elämämme unelmamme omistaa rannalla sijaitsevan kiinteistön Atlantin valtamerellä ja toivomme jakaa sen kanssasi. Olemme sijaitsee Garden City Beachillä, joka sijaitsee Murrells Inletissä, Etelä-Carolinassa. Se sijaitsee kahden kalastuslaiturin välissä, joka tunnetaan nimellä Grand Strand - yli 60 mailin päässä keskeytymättömästä rantamaasta Etelä-Carolinassa. Arvostat 180 asteen merinäköala omalta merenrantakanneltasi, olohuoneeltasi ja makuuhuoneestasi. Kun teet venture ulkona, olet vain muutaman askeleen päässä mereltä yksityisen sisäänkäynnin kautta rannalle. Nauti päivittäisistä kävelyretkistä kerätäksesi kuoria, keskustella toiveikkaiden kalastajien kanssa tai vain nauttia Etelä-Carolinan valtameren lämmöstä, joka on kesällä välillä 80-83 Fahrenheit-astetta.

Tässä kahden makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpyhuoneen ja neljännen kerroksen huoneistossa on hissi, ulkosuihku ja oma uima-allas. Tämä ilmastoitu yksikkö sisältää langattoman verkon, kaapelin kolmelle televisiollesi (2 älytelevisiota) ja Blue Ray -soittimen katselunautinnollesi.

Äskettäin uusittu keittiö sisältää uusia laitteita, jääpalakone, astianpesukone, kahvinkeitin, mikroaaltouuni, marmori työtasot ja laattalattiat. Nauti avoimesta keskustelusta baarien istuimilta, kun kokki tai nauttia perheen ateria oheisella ruokasali- / olohuonealueella.

Olohuoneessa on queen-size-vuodesohva ja loveseat, Smart TV ja Blue Ray -soitin. Liukuovi avautuu merenranta-kannelle.

Voit kuulla valtameren aallot Master-makuuhuoneen sviitistä, joka avautuu pääkannelle. Yksityisessä mestarihauteessa on suuri vaatekaappi, kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus ja kaakeloitu sadesuihku.

Vierashuoneessa on tällä hetkellä kaksi erillistä vuodetta, jotka voivat helposti liukua yhdessä kuninkaan haluttaessa. Suuri, meripeninkulmainen vieraskylpyhuone on aulan toisella puolella, ja siinä on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu avuksesi. Liinavaatteet ja pyyheliinat sisältyvät vuokraan.

Girls Getaway

It’s an annual trip to the beach and we’ve found the perfect place to stay!!! The accommodations are just like the pictures of the property. The owner has gone above and beyond by providing a fully equipped kitchen, items needed for the beach, games and books for entertainment and a phone call when we arrived to make sure all was well. I think we have found the place to visit year after year!!!

Our Second Time Here and We Enjoyed It Once Again!

Grace is a wonderful host who makes sure you have all the information needed for a pleasant stay. The condo is spacious, has all the amenities a family could want. The furniture is comfortable, the bathrooms and bedrooms are clean. If we weren't at the beach, we were enjoying the huge balcony...watching the sunrise, eating lunch, dinner or having evening cocktails. The condo is located at a great spot on Garden City Beach - a close walk to the Conch Cafe and a small convenience store. It's about a mile walk to the GC Pier area where guests will find entertainment, restaurants and small shops. There is plenty of easy parking for those who have a vehicle. There is an elevator as well as stairs since this is on the fourth floor. The condo neighbors are friendly and quiet, so it is a relaxing, peaceful stay. We hope to go there again next year to make it a third time. (This place made my mom and sister happy...and they are picky people!)

Wonderful vacation

Simply wonderful

We enjoyed everything about our stay at this condo! Our boys (7 and 9) loved their room and the pool. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the dishes and appliances we could ever need. It was also so convenient and much appreciated to have laundry in the condo, and it was so nice to have access to sand toys and family games so that we could pack a bit less for our trip. I enjoyed the balcony so much, reading and drinking coffee and people-watching. The neighbors we met were so nice, and the location is PERFECT. We miss it already!!

Great Condo to Enjoy A Beautiful Beach

We loved staying at this condo - parking was easy. The condo has an outdoor shower and elevator for ease. If we weren't at the beach - which is only a few steps away - we were on the wonderful balcony enjoying the sunrise with coffee in our PJ's, midday snacks, evening cocktails. The bathrooms were large and well-equipped. The condo has everything you need in the kitchen, linens, etc. The host made everything very easy. We hope to be back again next year.

Good location and well stocked condo;

We had a great time at this condo. The beds were comfortable, kitchen and beach closet are well stocked with all of the essentials and more. Close to shopping essentials and restaurants and more. The beaches are pretty busy since it is close to other larger condo buildings, and we had to get out early to stake our beach claim for the day (usually by 7:00am.) We enjoyed fireworks displays evey night on the porch or beach. We went parasailing very close by and also went on an off shore fishing charter which was also close by. The pier has some great ice cream and is close enough to walk to (1 mile walk.) The parking lot has some very tight spots but it was never hard to get a spot. The elevator and luggage cart made it easy to get everything up and down when loading and unloading. There is a great wash off station when you come up from the beach. The pool and pool area is extremely small, but is nice for a quick dip. Overall it is a great, well- kept condo!

Home away from home

A wonderful condo with every type of furnishing you could ever need. Spacious and very comfortable furniture, beach supplies, and fully stocked kitchen. The balcony has a wonderful view, the location is fabulous and communication with the owner is always timely. I would definitely stay again.

Great stay

We liked the location of the unit--right on the beach and away from the boardwalk. It was well stocked with all of the beach items, linens, and kitchen items we needed. Pool is a little small and off to the side, but worked fine since our kids were the only ones in it.

Great location and condo!

We had a great stay at the condo! Very clean and kept up nicely. We did have an issue with the main shower on the first night and I only mention this to emphasize the quick assistance and response I got from the owners. The owner responded very quickly and gave us ways to troubleshoot the problem while she contacted maintenance. In the end, we fixed the problem easily and did not have any issues the rest of the stay. The beach was clean, the pool was a little small but hardly anyone was there majority of the time. The balcony and view of the beach are UNBEATABLE! 360 degrees of pure bliss and the breeze on the 4th floor during the afternoon is AMAZING! Lots of amenities and kitchen ware were provided and the beach toys/chairs were perfect so we didn't have to rent our own. We definitely enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again in the future. Thank you for such a great experience and wonderful memories I made with my family during this crazy time.

Great Vacation!

This condo was just as good as advertised. Very clean, right on the beach, very large balcony with plenty of seating. Internet went out one day, and the property owner contacted the company and we had it fixed the same day! We will definitely look at staying here again in the future!

Had a wonderful time!

We had a wonderful time in this rental. It was roomy, clean, and convenient to everything. We've stayed in a half dozen other rentals on Garden City/Surfside Beaches and this one is at the top of our list for renting again. We loved the small building and the fact that it was right on the beach. Had no problems or issues.
