If you like an ocean view, you will love Royal Garden Resort suite 1102; it feels like you are hovering right over the water! The unit was very clean--most important to us--and had amenities not generally found in rentals. The furniture appeared to be new-ish with comfortable seating, particularly the loungers. If guests want to make their meals, they will find the kitchen stocked with all manner of cookware. There were actually four different types of coffee makers and a cart full of beverage-making essentials. The complex was conveniently located near restaurants for those of us who shun cooking on our vacay and places of interest were also nearby. The outdoor pool area looked nice and clean. Those were the good aspects of our stay. We were disappointed to find that we had to make up the bed on our arrival as the sheets were placed on top of the quilt. The mattress on the sofa bed really needs to be replaced as you can feel every spring against your skin. We doubled over a blanket twice and placed it on the mattress to make sleeping on it possible. The towels are thin; while they provide a decent number of bath towels and washcloths (six each?), they only provided two hand towels for the entire stay. There is a lot of furniture in the unit and an over-abundance of beach-themed decorations. We would have appreciated a luggage rack or two to tuck into a corner as there was so little space for our belongings. There was an armoire in the living room and a small closet in the bedroom, both of which were locked and off-limits for us to put anything away. Although there were hangers aplenty, the big closet in the bedroom also housed a water tank, ladder, two vacuums, paint cans, cleaning supplies, etc., making difficult to even hang anything inside. We could only find two outlets accessible in the entire unit to charge our phones.I
